    Doc, nag start ako ng lowcarb since Oct.22 til now no rice anymore i lost my weight at ang degenerative arthritis ko sa awa ng Dios. I can't believed this doc thank you so much. Now im here in Bacolod pag balik ko ng Manila e2 narin ang dapat masunod ng pamilya ko. Thank you so much doc. Always take care and God bless.🙏🏼🙏🏼❤❤❤❤❤

    I am one week ago with no rice now. Rice, softdrinks, pansit, tinapay,root crops and all carbo source were gone. Unang Naalis sa katawan ko ay ang mga sugatsugat sa para ko. I'm so happy I got a result. Thank you for. I pray na Sana makayanan ko until mawala na ang high blood pressure na since I'm 45 yrs old ang aking maintenance until now I'm 69.

    Nagtry po ako na hindi kumain ng rice and those all sweets with intermitten fasting injust 1 day and amazing the result is i feel so good very effective po ang lowcarb, diabetic po ako at nag iinsulin sa ngayon morethan 1week na po akong walang tinetake na gamot ng dahil po sa lowcarb. Thank you so much doc. I believe you the way you teaching us and sharing ang galing po ninyo talaga. Thanks be to God.

      Di rin ayos na magstop ka agad magtake ng meds mo..di rin nila Doc inaadvise un..naranasan ko..3 weeks akong naglowcarb di nagtake ng meds for diabetes,,nanghina aq,,tumaas BP ko..ngaun nagtake n aq ulit ng meds ko for diabetes..sched ako for another set of labtests..

    I started my lowcarb diet last 3 weeks ago pero slow lang ang ginawa ko. This week once a day na lang akong nag rice and 1 half cup na lang. Hindi na ako kumakain ng bread. Wala na rin akong fruits, pasta and root crops. Next week wala na talagang rice. Hope to sustain it. Napansin ko lumiliit nang kunti ang tyan ko. Salamat Doc

    Thank you so much Doc sa unang video ninyo napatuod ko Life without rice...I was healed from all my body pains and morning sneezing especially which is really disturbing my whole life in the middle of the night magigising ako starting to sneeze at hqnggang buong araw na at palagi nalang bibili ng gamot di natatangal.
    Only one word you've mention which encourage me to cut off carbohydrates in my diet is 'you try to stop rice eating at mahinto yang pagbabahing in the morning 😊"
    I tried in 2days without rice and other carbohydrates as I understood in your video...and its like really a magic!!!
    Never sneeze anymore and body pains.
    In 4moths now from 64kg to 51.3kg❤❤❤

    I am 60 years old doc . 3 years ago nagherbalife nutrition Po aq pero kumakain pa Po ako noon NG rice at oats..now Po ay 3 weeks no rice at oats na Po .16years na Po akong d umiinom NG soft drinks...

    Cauliflower rice . Also eating cereal( with out sugar) in the morning . Hopefully in three months pag balik ko sa primary ko maganda na mga numbers . Will try less fruits .

    I was newly diagnosed of Dm type 2 last sept.2023 my A1c was 8.6 , Hypertensive with medication, with high cholesterol also.
    98 kg when i started doin diet
    After following what Dra. told for 3 months. I stop eating rice, No soda, No bread... But sometimes with cheat day🙂 specially this past holiday season.
    Thanks GOD my
    HCA1c from 8.6 now 5...
    My BP corrected. Cholesterol level everything now normal...
    From 98kg. - 82 kg in 3 mos time.❤️❤️❤️

    Magandang gabi po 22 days na po ako hindi nag sasaing at hindi na po ako kumakaen ng rice, bread and fruits no rice no sugar sarap po ng pakiramdam ng nag low carb mejo namayat na po ako konti sabe po ng mga kasama ko sa buhay thank you po sa magagandang payo sa aming mga nag low carb

    1week palang ako hindi nag rice..dina ako nahihilo..nawala narin yung pagsakit nang batok ko..dahan2x ko nang tinanggal yung softdrink..coffe/sugar..ang ganda sa pakiramdan..maraming salamat talaga sayo..Dr,josephine

    Thanks Doc for sharing LCF, been eating without rice, soda, bread, root crops, fruits especially BANANA, pasta and sweets for 1 week now, it's so amazing na nakakaya ko naman so far.... the mere fact na 51 years na kong fully dependent sa HIGH CARBS....     Alam mo po dra, para d ako ma dapa lahat na vid's mo binabalikbalikan ko for sure nga lahat ay ma achieve ko so far so good. Im 63 y.o na last Jan 9 im good still on walking and execise everyday. Thank you so much Doc. Starting my low carbs and fasting For Lumad. 16 hrs to 8 hrs. Twice a day of eating. Thanks God ❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏

    Yes I went 1 month without rice now. But still eat bananas and drink coffee with one sugar instead of two. Pretty tough though. Thank you Po Doc ❤️❤️I still eat sweet potatoes but minimal 😃

    Naka ako LCIF since Dec 2019 - present. Never felt better. Starting weight - 77kgs, current weight 62kgs. I am so glad at meron ng local doctor advocating lcif. Follower din kayo Doc ni Jason Fung? And also the Indian Doctor, forgot the name pero master nya ang biochemistry also advocating lcif. I remember na Dr. Nadir Ali.

    Doktora ginawa ko ang payo mo..2 days pa lang nag No Rice ako, gulay at fruits lang.., from 343 blood sugar ko now 152 na lang, hindi pa ako nag fasting nyan, just 2 hours after meals lang.Thank you so much Doc Rojo..sana tuloy tuloy nato..i am male, 68 YO.God Bless You!

    Hindi na din ako kumakain ng other forms of carb givers but I prefer green leafy vegetables and rarely with fruits and if ever konti-konti lang. Maganda pa ang varietion of kinds of food to take. Magandang makinig kay Dra. dahil it pays a lot. I visit my phydician every six months and before going to him I always undergo blood chemistry tests which are usually within normal levels. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤.......

      Ito yong sinasabi ko rin na sagot sa mataas na prive nang rice sana maraming maniwala kay doctora at dahan dahanin no rice para walanang bibili nang rice piro maraming kakain nang vegetables para yong mag sasaka natin sa vegetables ay makabinta nang marami

    Nagtry po ako ng lowcarb sinunod ko po ung napanood ko kay dr rojo from 259 naging 102 na lng po sugar ko now in 10 days.. Super galing po talaga ng lowcarb basta susundin lng natin mga dapat gawin.. Take pa din po ako ng metformin once a day... Thank u po dr josephine rojo sa knowledge.... 😍😍😍Bumaba n po ang sugar level ko.. Mag 3 weeks n po ako nag lowcarb... 🙏🙏

    I stopped eating rice like 3 months ago,lost 5 kgs and did not feel dizzy or other problems. Am still adjusting with other foods that am so used to esp. bread.

    For almost 2 weeks npo aq no rice no bread no pasta s vegetable at meat and egg lng po kinakain ko 5days na latang lata aq pero ngaun ok npo aq for 1week po ng loose aq ng 2kg..fruits kumakain din po aq apple strawberry..

    Nag a add ako mango sa salad pero 20g lang kamote 150g. I make sure na ang total ng carbs ko d aabot ng 30%
    No rice at kahit anong bread pasta. Snack walnut lang at 13hours Fasting. Drop ng from 67 to 63 in 1 month

    Thanks for sharing Doc Rojo, nag-start po ako ng lowcarb and intermittent fasting last Nov2021 lang po, sobrang nagulat po ako sa result, bumaba ang diabetes ko at nawala ang bad cholesterol ko at pinatigil na ng doctor ko ang gamot sa bad cholesterol. Bago po ako nag-start ng lowcarb 77kilos po ako at ngayon po ay 69kilos nalang po. Waiting pa rin po ako na tuluyan ng gumaling ang diabetes ko at d na totally uminom ng gamot sa diabetes. Nasanay na rin pong mag IF everyday, TMAD po 16/8, na akala ko ay d ko kakayanin. Salamat po sa mga videos nyo na sobrang daming natutulungan. God bless you po and your team and family.

    1 week lang ako naghirap ng walang rice pero pinilit ko. 20 hrs fasting na ako ngayon on keto no rice, no sugar, no carbo. Totoo nanginginig ka sa umpisa pero tuloy pa rin ako. Minsan kumakain din ako ng 1/2 cup rice for the day pero bihira na lang. Ginagaw ko lang kung nanginginig na ako. RESULTS OF NO RICE: 73 yrs old na ako ang sugar 130 mg/Dl fbs from 4 diabetis medicines to 1 na lang metformin 500mgs na lang. pati bp ko bumaba from 4 meds to 1 na lang - amlodipine na lang 5 mgs. At payat na ako nawala ang malaking tiyan ko. Lahat ng ito a loob lang 2 buwan. Ang bilis talaga gumaling sa diabetis kung pilitin mo.

    Doc Rojo thank you in 1 month na achieve ko na yung abs na hinahangad ko,at lalo pang gumagaan ang pakiramdam ko,dati nung di ko pa alam to less rice nmn ako, although nakuha ko nmn ang gusto kung body,but ang pinakamahirap ang bilbil kaya nung nag start ako dito life with out rice, wala pang 1 month nawala na ang babil ko😅😅at puro abs nlng naiwan.at di na ako nahihirapan mag burn ng fats at isa pa mganda talaga pakiramdam ko,kumpara noon na nag leless rice ako at bread.God Bless you Doc Rojo watching from Oman🙏🙏🙏

    Hello doc,when I was in the Philippines I ate 3 times a day n snacked between mealsWhen I transferred now in Sweden last 2016,parang na limit na ang eating rice ko once a day. Since nakita ko ang posed mo life without rice ,I srarted not to eat rice n ate my salad veges with alternates , boiled eggs or sunnyside up, meats o r fish, now amin my 2nd month if lowcard my weight from 60 kgs went down to 56 3 kls, am happy my body is not already heavy for me at my age aa a senior citizen and my BP is 119 / 88. Thanks Doc Rojo for the online studies!!!

    Nung sinubukan kong hindi kumain ng rice talagang nanginig ang katawan ko,nahilo ako at nanlamig mga paa ko pero everytime maramdaman ko ang pagkagutom umiinom na lang ako ng tubig until nasanay na akong walang kanin.. Itlog,veggies and some right amount of fruits,fish lang eh nawala ang vertigo ko at hypertension ko kaya naka almost 4 months na akong hindi kumakain ng kanin ,thank u so much dra. na-enlighten ako at gumaling pa at nawala mga nararamdaman ko at syempre sinamahan ko rin ng konting exercises everyday and 30 minutes walking lang every morning
