    Kanin nga po pinakamura..na pampalakas..mahal Ang gulay at prutas..paglake ng tyan Kasama sa pagtanda Yan..Hindi na natin kaya magbuhat ng mabigat kaya sa tyan di na ma exercise..kanin pagkain mahirap..me mantika at bagong solve na..I can't survive without rice I work hard everyday..And im poor.

    Sobrang sarap sa pakirandam manuod sayo doc now lng ako nanood kc bigla nlng lumabas sa TH-cam ko kc mahilig ako humanap ng mga dpt kainin merun nako alam pero mali pala..tama lng ako sa ibang gulay...sa fish..dpt pala my meat din kht konti...pero mali ko lakas ko sa tinapay..pero start to day dna ako kumain ng tinapay tinapon kuna ung stock ko...nag simula nko mag LWR..salamat doc sa pag tuturo

    doc ok yan kung wala kang trabaho na mabigat ok lng hindi mag kanin pero kung yung trabaho mo sa palayan or mabibigat tapos hindi ka mag rice baka mawalan ka ng malay subra gutom

    Thank you so much po dra.i'm65 years old napo nagmemaintain ng para sa highblood 3days napo akong huminto ng kanin atmga chocolate cakes ice cream at mga breads oatmealmga bad na pagkain parang lumalakas napo ang katawan ko dati po takot akong kumain ng larne ngayon po nagsimula napo akong kumain ng karne at luto sa gata nagpa bp po ako ngayon normal po 122 over 83 thank you po dra.lahat po ng video nyo lagi ko pong pinapanood God bless po

    Very good topic, huwag malungkot without rice. Eat fish, lean meats mixed with vegetables. In Ilonggos there are good fiber vegetables like green langka, puso ng saging, green saging saba & any kind of green vegetables available.

    I follow your TH-cam channel because I find it very useful especially I'm a diabetic, I'm a Nurse here in Libya for more than a decade, ER Nurse, I started preparing foods you have mentioned, but it's very hard for me to prepare especially during post night duty because I'm very tired and feeling exhausted. I'm alone, mostly the ofw takes a lot of time in work place,then at home still preparing food, cooking , cleaning, ironing, doing house hold chores, compare to those who has companion and doing preparation for meal plan, that's why they keep their low carb food regularly because they have assistance, and someone prepare them food, just saying...

    Hello doc. New subscriber po, gusto ko po sanang matutunan itong low carb diet. Diabetic po for almost 19 years na, and im 54 yrs. Old now. Ang gamot ko po ngayon ay janumet, by the way nag heart attack narin po nuong 2014. Gusto ko po sanang mag paturo kung paano mag lolow carb diet.

    Pag no carbo, dinadamihan ko na lang yung fiber & protein. It is so filling. Unlike pag may white rice, sandali lang gutom ulit. It stimulates my cravings

    Doc, you look beautiful in those pictures, your face becomes leaner, your smile is contagious. When you eat protein without fats like those skim milk it becomes sugar too, so eat protein with a little bit of fats, the problem all meat become "lean", people are brainwashed by fats, in reality they should be afraid of "flour"

    So sad it was my first time to get all your advices but before that, am type two diabetic it's almost two years I stop eating cooked rice, but not aware of those foods to take, so I'm now your listener, God bless!!!!

    Hi Doc.thanks for sharing your knowledge..im trying not to eat rice pero talaga pong nghhanap din po talaga ang mind ko ng rice..but then hindi ko po nmmlayan dumadaan ang week n wala akong rice..

    Good morning doc .alam po ninyo simula po nung mapanuod ko kyo .hindi na po ako kumakain ng rice lahat po ng hindi po dapat kainin hindi ko na po kinakain.kya ako poy nag papasalamat tlg sa inyo Doc...isa na po akung Senior..67..

      Gosto posana nalaman Kong anong dapat kinakain ng maydiabetic to at hi blood
      Gosto ko dang nalaman Kong papaano nga umpisa mag low carb kaya Kong mag fasting
      Lunes at huebes nag fasting ako 12 na oras
      Peru yong.manga pagkain ko naman ay wala nan sa manga Sina sabi mo kaya Sana matulongan mo ako doc
