This flow is MAGIC. I've used it for 10+ years starting in my early 40s. I normally use it 3-5 mornings. Recently I had a string of sleepless nights waking at 2:40am with leg cramps and hot flash. Instead of continuing to toss and turn, I did this 10 minute flow - slept soundly the rest of the night. Next night I did it before bed and had 6 hrs of undisturbed sleep. Great sequence. I thought I would do this to stretch a bit as I was sore from a recent hike. I actually found it more challenging than I thought, in a good way, it got the heart racing a bit which was good. Loved the voice and music.
Hi Paula, I really like this yoga routine, it's been over 3 years that I'm coming back to it at least once a week as I find it perfect for me. I thought I would just ask, as sometimes, I'm in a much slower mood like after a long day or sour muscles, so I'm pausing the video in between each moves to have a "slow-motion" restaurative version of it. Do you think one day, you could record this exact same routine in a Yin pace? That would be so so great ♡ In any case, thank you for the amazing videos you do.

Also, I like this video because of the background music and voice-over. So basically could you redo this video the same it is, but adding 2-3 'harder' exercises? Oh no! I have never had any of your videos interrupted by commercials until today. I don’t know if TH-cam changed your settings or if there was some other mistake, but it is difficult to get into a yoga flow when a commercial pops in the middle of the routine. I don’t mind commercials at the beginning or the end and none of your videos used to do that before thank you for all you do your videos are wonderful.
Thank you for such an easy sequence to follow. What do those who don't have the mobility to do a straight legged downward dog/foward fold do? Is it just as simple as bending the knees and working towards straightening the legs?
Joshua M Yes keeping your knees bent & working towards straightening them over time is a good approach. Try to shorten the distance between your hands and your feet as well & eventually work towards a longer downdog over time. Good luck & thanks for watching! :)
I love this YT. I have also done it for at least 5 years every morning. But recently the sound has changed. I've lost the great indian background music and just hear some background noise. What happened? I miss the lovely ambiance that the music brings. Please bring it back.
