    I am a 56 year old male who still enjoys soccer, tennis and cycling. These videos are great for my interval low impact, stretching and toning workout days. One of those days is today, and this my third yogainmelbourne lesson in a row today. Thank you Paula and Mischa for making my life better!

    Great flow Paula, this is my go to when my si joint flares and I am limited in my practice. I get the necessary stretches and still feel like I am getting my yoga fix! Thank you and namaste

    This is so good 😭 I have been stressed and haven't done yoga for about 3 weeks, my whole body felt so tight and compressed. I wanted to get back into it slowly and not deter myself with a long session. I don't know how you fit so much into this short session, it was truly full body. I could feel my body releasing tension from the first minute. I feel so much better. Always thankful for your channel, it is always there for me to come back to. This is my new favourite morning practice

    Just as always, the Video is really great and I am doing this the next time! I am work out with you since march and I see the results more and more! I have still problems with downfacing dog, but it is okay. One day I will do it perfectly. :)

    Hey Paula! I just found your videos and I really love them. But literally at 50% of the time whenever I do a spinal twist I end up pulling one of my erector spinae muscles. I’ve never heard of yoga teacher talk about twists in any way other than as a good thing but when I talk to practitioners of other bodywork a lot of people say twists are not good. Based on my personal experience plan to agree with them and I wanted to ask you what you thought and if you think it good practice to let people know before they do twists?
