    Merci, ce qigong est vraiment
    Agréable à pratiquer je suis vos vidéos tous les jours, c’est devenu une vraie routine depuis des mois et cela m’aide beaucoup pour me réconcilier avec mon corps souvent souffrant, une migraine chronique depuis 30 ans , je gère mieux mes crises, j’anticipe moins leur retour car je suis bien dans le moment présent, je profite de mon état de bien être. Il y a plein de vidéos sur internet mais là j’aime ce rythme pas trop rapide et ça me détend bien je baille tous le temps à la fin😅 merci beaucoup😊

      Have you tried a liver and gallbladder flush? Headache is connected to stuck energy in the liver 😇 I have just been told I have parasites in my liver and gall bladder so am going to do a cleanse with black walnut and wormwood tincture first by Nature's Answer.

    Started practicing again after complaints in left arm rose and lever stagnation came back. Been working to hard many years but found time to heal. Life gave me the opportunity... Qi Gong again beeing a massive help on the accupunture treatment. Thanks a lot for sharing these massive lessons.
