    My 6 yo is in the other room. She heard me start working out. When she heard the instruction on the channel say " great job... you're doing great!!!" My daughter goes..."they can see you?????"

    I'm so glad that most of these routines are a little than less 25 minutes. Their workouts are so effective in such short time, that it feels like you worked out an hour. Easy to follow, no one screaming at you, and they are so upbeat. Thank you FitSugar! 😉

    Such an amazing workout! It's really hard to continue after finishing round 2 but your positivity makes me work even harder. And after doing this for about 5 days I can see my legs becoming tone! Thanks so much girls, you're the best ❤

    I just recently started working out regularly, except the last two weeks I've been on vacation and sick so I hadn't worked out. Did this today-it killed me. I had to pause it so many times but I got though it. Great video.

    I like this because the workouts themselves are easy, but paired together and with the time allowed I ended sweating like hell, even though the speed isn't that high! Awesome!

    I love this workout. I'm trying to get my legs more toned. This workout is definitely helping with that. I'll do this workout half way through pause it and go jump on my treadmill and set the incline at 5 and set the speed at 5 to 5.5 mph. Do that for 8-10 minutes and then finish this workout.

    I love this workout thank u so much . This is helping me get to my goal weight!! I lost 6 pounds in less than a week. I weighed in at 128 and i had eaten three rolled tacos last night after the workout lol.

    Love this workout. Done it several times through now and it gets so much done in such a short time. Always elevates my heart rate. I also LOVE the music. It has a real 80s/aerobic/Cobra Kai type vibe to it. Unfortunately the music doesn't appear to be listed in the description and I cant find it using Shazam. Would love it on my playlist for when I'm out walking or getting myself motivated for a workout 🙏

    WOW, this is a great beginning muscle strength building workout. I had to start with only 6 minutes! Now I up to a solid 12 minutes, thanks Bikini HIIT Class fitsugar!

    Fast and efficient. Perfect for a stay-at-home-mom who wants to stay slim for her husband and not have to take an hour plus to work out! Ive read that HIIT workouts are the best all around kind of exercises for muscle tone and fat burn. And they're quick! Thanks!!!

    so excited for this! Anna, would you be able to recommend some good workout shoes for these types of training? I usually just workout barefoot on my yoga mat but when I do multiple reps of plank jacks, my feet will tend to cramp which causes me to stop. Thanks for another great workout!

    I’ve been doing this workout know for 2 weeks every other day I love it. I like that it’s only :20 so I don’t lose focus. There are so many ways you can make this harder which is nice too. Thanks for sharing

    I love this workout but I struggle to keep my legs up for the V sit and twist plus I feel like I'm nearly falling down each time I do it. Any advice on how to do that part better or to improve so I can do it would be deeply appreciated

      give it a try to see if it works for you. if you can only do half, start there. there is no workout that can burn just belly fat - that's a myth. when you exercise and diet, you burn fat from all over. where it burns first/fastest is up to your body. the last place my body loses fat is my mid-section - some people it's the thighs, some it's the hips, etc. and yes this work out works many different muscle groups in the body. just wish it had more variety.

    excellent for heart rate but so boring. im not a fan of the repeat circuit. ill have to try another one :(

    I love these workouts and my daughters often join me, but they keep commenting about all these mentions of bikini bodies. So I just wanted to say, I wish you would tone that down. I’m here for health and a healthy self-esteem, and I want my daughters to grow up with that mindset. I want them to take care of themselves and feel good, not obsess over looking good.

      Agreed! Good HIIT workouts (or maybe just ones I want to do) keep you guessing so you don't hold back energy. When I know what's coming I tend to save energy....maybe it's just a personal discipline problem on my part.

    It's a bit long for a true HIIT workout, but great though. Finished 15 minutes ago and am sweating all the way until now - wohooo!

      It’s the ideal length for HIIT, actually the optimum time frame is 25 mins so if anything it’s too short
