    I love the Salsa music in the background. Can you tell me what the titles are? Thanks. Also, This routine is perfect for me at age 74, also the 20 minute workout is great for those days when I want to get some exercise, but am not feeling very energetic. Thanks for the options!

    I cannot say enough good things about Meredith. She is the perfect exercise leader for seniors. She encourages us constantly to breathe, teaches the steps beforehand so you are not struggling to keep up, and also constantly coaches us to be careful of how our bodies respond to the exercise. It is truly low-impact. She gives less-vigorous alternatives to movements. But I really love that instead of saying, "If you can't make that move . . . " , she says, "If that move is not available to you do this instead." Such sensitive wording is appreciated.

    The joy I experienced today when I realised that I was definitely looking far less clumsy oaf doing the salsa/mambo moves was fantastic. Don't get me wrong, I still can't do that fast paced forward/ backward one... Not even sure how I will master it but never the less it doesn't put me off the workout and gives me a good laugh if nothing else as I practically dislocate all joints in my legs lol.
    Fabulous workout, really enjoyed this x

    Hi Meredith! I just did your salsa exercise routine! I loved it! I’ve done it a few times now and it’s challenging yet fun at the same time for my plus size body. You’re videos truly rock! They help me so much feel like I’m taking care of myself but in a way that my body is allowed to do. And I have hope I’ll lose weight and feel less stress. Not only are your videos awesome but you are too! You have so much positive energy and your encouraging friendly nature makes me come back for more kick butt routines😄. You’re so awesome.     That was good, I enjoyed it. I like that although they are movements from your other routines they are put together differently so it isnt 'boring'... Today wasn't a good day for me as sometimes my medical issues causes me cognitive issues. It just means I struggle to speed up the movements or end up going back, side, front lol.. But I know that is OK as as long as I am moving that's the whole point!! Not sure I will ever be able to speed up those leg swing things though, every joint from hip to toe goes in a different direction lol.. Thank you for your videos
