    I just finished this - time flew! I love your channel and while I try new channels I find myself coming back to yours. Thank you for teaching me proper form - I finally understand how to do a squat properly and now I remember to breathe……..when you aren’t reminding us in the video, I hear your voice in my head and correct my form. I have shared your channel with my friends and on WW….
