    Strength training is for speed, this is just someone doing aerobic stuff. No turnover to taekwondo at all.

    Maybe you can start to strengthen your spelling first. (Title of video misspelled ). Music is horrible.

    why the hell do you bow before and after each exercise? it makes absolutely no sense and wastes time in the video. koreans dont do that and being in martial arts does not mean you have to bow for ever thing in the entire world dude...seriously...all your videos do that. but cool workouts nonetheless.

      its to show respect to those who are watching. Bowing a sign of respect as I assume you know already and them bowing to show you respect before any exercise is a good habit. So it may not make sense to you, but its there for a reason. not just for show.

      Edward Hong No it is absiolutely stupid to bow every freaking time you do a exercise. It has nothing to do with korean culture and it looks stupid. Bowing to bricks, boards or a heavy bag before kicking it is also stupid.

      Toxic Possum Bowing itself is not stupid. Bowing before and after every freaking exercise drill is stupid. And you are just a troll and if you are 11 and saying the F word, shame on your parents. I would rather have a kid NOT bow in class than say the F word.
