Those are 10kg plates on the squats... 180 lbs total. Still pretty good. They look young. Everyone has their own pace. I believe that the deadlift was 315. Good lifts.
@@vertigo_slasher I see what Saurio means. Makes sense. I like the drills that the coach had;m do same time. Plyometrics should be done with precaution . or those moves can have ACL injury written all over them. The joints should be conditioned and body well aligned before taking on those activity through progression. Those kids are strong and good prospects for athleticism. however I saw where things could go side ways at certain moments. like during the barbell squats; all though they where corrected for it in the process thats some heavy ass weight to be throwing around for starters. and those single leg hops on the barbell plates would suck if the knee caves inward the wrong way during the descending phase of the jump especially if the ankle rolls inward.
I'm not impressed by this video...And the people in this video are the reason they say TKD is a joke! because the people in this video sure are just that..Really?? these people think they are gonna be world class champions? There's nothing coming out of this video that even defines the term of strength. The exercises in this video are made to make these people think they are strong when really they are not....TKD is being said as a joke because the west has watered down and exploited the system, by means of a lot of these fake TKD people claiming to be TKD masters that knows nothing about the art and use the name to open schools misleading younger generations and making profit off of it. All of this in this video is non-sense! it's was made to look good but it doesn't work..which from what i saw nothing looked good in this video all...Stuff like this is the reasons the orient doesn't want westerners learning their systems and why the don't want to teach americans and other non- asiatics because of stuff like this.
I need to go back to these kinds of training.
Good work. Those 1 legged squats are no joke. Also some of those 315 pound squats were not bad especially considering the size of the athletes.
