Yeah had my new Flo lab .7mm on for over a week now and it’s perfect again. You don’t need to keep the tray though. I’ve had warranty one sent to me and they send full box again or did with me
I had a Spigen screen protector and case ordered before I even got my 16PM, and installed them day one. Once FloLab released this fixed screen protector, I switched out the Spigen tempered glass for FloLab. The difference between the FloLab and Spigen absolutely justifies the higher price of the FloLab. I also switched from my Ultra Hybrid case to the FloLab Surtect case. Such a satisfying combo.
Great detail in this video, thank you! How does this compare to the Torras Screen Protector? I've had that on since day 1 and have never noticed the issues some have reported with other screen protectors. Not even sure I know what I'm looking for. Thanks!
Both are great options. What really sets this one off for me is the thinner borders and the anti-reflective coating. That coating makes this my favorite screen protector. Makes a huge difference.
First time viewer - thanks fir the video, If you go caseless does the screen protector catch eg when swiping up form the bottom (a known problem with protecters that dint go edge to edge) ?
Zero borders = rainbow effect with polarized lenses. Completely fine if it doesn’t bother you. But glass with borders like FloLab largely eliminate the rainbow effect
@ for me i care more about quality rather than installation, plus the belkin is installed for you free at Apple Store so i was wondering between the two, which is better
It's not on Amazon yet. Once it's on Amazon, I'll have the updated link in the description of this video and I'll do a community post. Waiting for them to list it on Amazon.
Thank you for this video. You're the first video I've seen showing the update Flolab screen protector. I really appreciate you showing exactly how it fits. All other videos I've watched don't do this, which makes the video a waste of time to watch.
I have a question about my iPhone 16 Pro Max my screen dims total darkness serval times during the day but for me it's super annoying. I want it to control my dimness my self to control my brightness of the screen
@@Brians_tech yeah I got mine in last week, it is definitely 98% of the way their and a good step up from their first one. It’s better than the antiglare ultraglass from Amazon. If only we could get belkin to do an ultra thin black frame around their Apple Store ultra glass 2 to cover the dust that shows up. That would be perfection. Good review either way man!
@@Brians_tech yeah man mine came in last week. It’s a huge step up from their first one, but there’s still ever so slightly some overlap. Probably not enough for anyone that doesn’t really care to notice. If belkin would add a super slim black bezel on their ultra glass 2 to cover the dust on the edges that would be the dream. Can’t beat that flolab anti glare tho! Good review regardless, your the first one with a review on it, subbed.
if u got it for your current iphone 16 pro max, then u should contact them because they will give you the most updated version for the 16 pros line up with thinner border. As far as I know u will only cover the shipping fee and they will give u the updated version one.
@ Im not fully happy. Its an improvement over the other balck border screen protectors but I do still think it covers a REALLY tiny part. I can notice it when I see prime video de play button is not complete
So, when I asked you last week about a screen protector recommendation, you recommended one that you knew it was defective and being redesigned by the manufacturer?
You didn't ask me for a recommendation. You asked me which screen protector was on my phone. You never asked which one would I recommend, because I would've told you to wait because a new version is coming out. If you go into my other comments where people actually ask for a recommendation, I tell them the Flolab, but to wait because a new model is coming very soon. There are multiple comments on my channel where you can see that. Go back to your comment and see where all you asked is which screen protector I was using. Next time, be more clear on what you want to say or ask in your comments, as opposed to blaming me when you clearly didn't ask for any recommendation.

Oh nice!
$40 for a screen protector. Come on. That's crazy. Wonder what their profit margins are on that. 4000%+?
With shipment it’s 50 for me 😢😬 no, thanks…

Welcome! Not really. It’s smoothed out pretty well.
I get a 10.88 Onn Walmart Corning glass full coverage with zero borders or a 3 pack of Ferlinismo no border full coverage for 9.99
Wally World Onn Corning for the win !

Thank you for the video Any problems with cases lifting it up on the edges?
None so far!
does the anti-reflective worsen the screen quality/colors at all?
Not in my experience
It improves them substantially
Any idea if the matte ones have been updated too?
As of right now I don't think they are. Hopefully they'll update them soon.
@ alright 👌🏻
Curious to know , how is the drop test durability of flolab compared to the belkin ultra glass 2… im stuck between choosing between the two
Go for flolab I had the Belkin the installation was a nightmare for me
@ for me i care more about quality rather than installation, plus the belkin is installed for you free at Apple Store so i was wondering between the two, which is better
Probably not much difference. It's still glass. As JerryRigEverything says: "glass is glass, and glass breaks."
I just purchased the outdated version like 5 days ago, will they still replace it with this new one?
How do we know we will get the updated version on Amazon
It's not on Amazon yet. Once it's on Amazon, I'll have the updated link in the description of this video and I'll do a community post. Waiting for them to list it on Amazon.
Lol I didn’t know about this until this video that my screen protector is doing the same thing it covers the borders i used anker screen protector 😢

You’re the man!! I’ll be ordering it.
I have a question about my iPhone 16 Pro Max my screen dims total darkness serval times during the day but for me it's super annoying. I want it to control my dimness my self to control my brightness of the screen
Turn off auto brightness
Top right corner “L” in camera is definitely being blocked unfortunately 7:06 but it’s the closest to perfect we will probably get
I saw that while editing the video. It may just be an issue with the way I showed it on camera. It is visible when actually looking at it

🤔 would FloLab replace the old version if we have that?
Nope, upgrade for new buyer
No I don’t think so
Contact them about it and see if it's possible

Yes, they will warranty out the older versions to the updated one. You still pay shipping
I hope you reach 1 million subscribers
Thanks so much - me too! 😂
got it mine the most updated.. .
I like your videos
Getting it tomorrow, hope the borders are thin enough 😂
And at the end are they?
@ Im not fully happy. Its an improvement over the other balck border screen protectors but I do still think it covers a REALLY tiny part. I can notice it when I see prime video de play button is not complete
Why every TH-camr is happy about flolab but the Amazon reviews says it’s like …. Nah… not good at all.
How can it be?
That’s on the older version, not this updated one
Best screen protectors I’ve ever used are the ONN brand from Walmart. Cheap, effective and pretty easy installation.
So, when I asked you last week about a screen protector recommendation, you recommended one that you knew it was defective and being redesigned by the manufacturer?
