Van Blamm Highly recommend riding from Tokyo to Nagano via Mt Fuji. check out Rental819, best bike hire I found out there. A good tip is to always hire from the outskirts of Tokyo, to save half a days ride getting out of the city.
Love the sound and look of the speed twin. I have had 3 Triumphs and now on an R3 roadster 2016 . I really like it, But must say that speed twin is appealing though.

Going from a street twin to a speed twin, how much did insurance go up? 2x? Asking because I'm thinking of upgrading to a speed twin, but not if insurance is ridiculous.

I would love to ride in Japan. Used to watch Kansai Rider a lot back in the day. All of my international travel dreams involve motorcycles.

It's still classified as a Modern Classic, so it won't increase by too much.
I'm pretty sure it went up by about 25%, maybe not even that much
