Thanks for your comment. It was a fantastic day. Register on their website and that'll keep you posted for next year's event. I will certainly be there. It's all for a great cause. Oh and that's a lovely bike you have 👍
Thanks for your comment Scotty. I loaned that bike from my local RE Dealer and I have to say I had so much fun. As you can see from the Channel title and some of my other videos, I ride a 411 Himalayan. Again without loads of hp but, having riden bikes since around 10yrs old, at the age of 67 I am really loving just touring around. If I need to go far and crunch the motorway miles I put my bike on my trailer behind the car 😂
I rode a Candy Gold mid 70s Honda CB350 for several years when I was in my early to mid 20s. I had so much fun on that bike! I lived in Sacramento California, USA, and had that bike all over the California gold country, up around Lake Tahoe, and even took it up to Yosemite National park. I suspect that it had a bit more pull in the bottom than the RE Classic 350, but about the same top speed. At 59, I am about to get back into motorcycle riding, and will be purchasing a Classic 350 round about March, or April of 2025.
Thanks for your comment Scotty. What an amazing little machine. I borrowed that bike for the day from my local RE Dealership and had soooo much fun. The DGR would be a great ride for you getting back into biking because you will meet so many people, especially on the 350 Classic. NB. the 650 Classic is being launched this year 😉
Thanks for your comment Derek👍 I'll take your word for the name of the colour of that great little bike. All I know for certain is that I had a load of fun on it 😅
Minor criticism, if you do a video of the 2025 event, please please please lose that awful few bars of repetitous music. You commentary and the exhaust notes are all the sound it needs.
Great Video Noel, Thank you for making and posting this. Such a great day and I feel privileged to have been part of it.
Thanks Ian. It was a fantastic day and I'll certainly be booking a place on this ride next
