    Cardio can be boring and not fun at all sometimes! What do you guys do for cardio?

      walking is underrated but so powerful. you will shred fat for sure

    Cardio isn't even necessary for fat loss. The only thing that matters is being in a calorie deficit.

      Yup, calorie deficit is what matters. But cardio is good for your heart overall and will help decrease your blood pressure.

      It helps though. If your main goal is weight loss, cardio will def speed up the process and it's good for your health.

      Cardio helps for weight loss, but not by much at all compared to just eating less. And yes, cardio is great in general for your health.

      @TURTWIG094 Not by much though. I'm not saying not to do cardio. I'm just saying people put too much on cardio to lose weight. What matters waaaay more is how much you eat. I've done cuts with minimal cardio and have lost weight easily.

    I agree with Quang that Diet should be sustainable, it's not about how many KILOS you've lost during a short amount of time. (You will fluff back up in no time if that's your "diet plan")
    It's about how you're able to maintain/lose abit of weight whilst eating what you like in moderation in the long run 5-10 years.

    Sharing experience... since I removed all carbs from my diet and started the carnivore diet I feel 1000 times better. I don't snore, I don't sweat, I don't have wax in my ears, my skin is so soft even with a belt I lose my jeans, my mind is super clear, I wake up in a second i'm ready to go, I sleep all night with no waking up in the night, I wake up with big erections, i don't have joint pain anymore, no mental fog, I have insane high level energy all day, i'm super creative, I don't fart, I shit once a day and it doesn't smell and the list goes on! Humans were made to be carnivore. High protein high fat diet was the only option for humans since the beginning of time and carbs are so bad not necessary and create so much inflamation you have to remove them carbs to understand how bad they affect you. And let me tell you, it's nasty bad!

    I am proud of you. Seriously. I am still on the carnivore diet, eating nothing but meats, eggs and seafoods. I am close to the 40 pounds lost in 2 months. I realize that when I fast in the morning my mind is more clear, I solve problems easier because my mind is getting optimized to hunt for food... There is alot of benefits to fasting, including mainly healing. Would be cool to see you have a carnivore feast big massive steaks and seafoods :) Keep it up brother A++ You look way skinnier if thats a word haha

    I used to do heavy cardio, steady state and high intensity, etc. Running, boxing, hiit style burn outs after lifting haha, all of it. I made a lot of fitness progress... at the cost of old man joints haha.
    Got fat because i couldn't do the same sorts of cardio i learned to love due to chronic injuries or pain. But recently i bought a stationary bike and oh man, its the best!!! Easy on the joints and all i have to do is spend 20-30min a day, i just follow some great youtube cycling videos and ride along. Its been such a no brainer game changer. Much like a bike, i think a dedicated row machine will be great too. Although I've been doing a semi rehab program and cant wait to be doing dynamic cardio again.

    One month mark, let's go! I don't think you eat too fast like some people say tbh. I used to do one meal a day for many months and the urge to stuff yourself is crazy when you break the fast. But anyways the meal looks very healthy which is great. Eating high volume and lean, low calorie foods is a good way to lose weight.

    Low intensity cardio might be a little more sustainable. 3 12 30 on a treadmill and you can watch your favourite youtubers or tv show while you do it :)

    First of all , you eating wayyyyy to fast , slow down bro lol you can use ground beef ( imitation) from gardein , it takes on any flavor ( I used it on my hubby & he couldn't taste the difference lol sneaky me lol ) jus a suggestion 😂 I lost a 130lbs in 6 month with work outs 😂 & just eating clean foods 😊

    QT, for fun exercising I dance and walk. Put on some good music and bust a move, or take a nice brisk walk in your neighborhood. Do what you can do, just be careful when that precious baby comes that you are not delirious from hunger and fasting that you can't take care of the baby properly. Get a nutritionist and or a fitness coach to help you figure it out.

    Quan you got to get into low carb cooking for Weight loss use nut flours like almond and also bamboo flower and low-carb desserts with 0 cal sugars I bet you could make some new groundbreaking food there’s so many low-carb recipes out there especially on TH-cam that taste just as good as the normal stuff check out Victoria keto kitchen

      A good Preworkout with beta alanine makes cardio a lot more bearable. I can do 40min on the elliptical easily with it.
