Yesterday I was just telling my mother that every weekday is easy to workout because you see the same people at the same time. On the weekend, is difficult because all those outer factors are not there. I clicked right away when I saw your title Quang. Keep it up. 2:40 - You should also try to do it facing the other direction with a chair a bit of distance. When you can't do "perfect" pullups anymore place your feet on the chair and do assisted pullups. It will still hurt a lot but you will gain confidence and strength over time. 💪🏽 For example 4:20 - I wouldn't count any of those reps since your neck did not go over the bar once which is why putting your feet on a chair will build up your form and strength. Rather than saying "5 pullups" you can say 5 with chair then build up.
Depression and Covid lockdown I gained a lot of weight. I’m happy to report I am -100 lbs doing it the slow way like you QT. Almost no cardio, walking, tracking my food, and lifting a lot in my home gym.
You definitely aren’t missing out, especially as you get older and grow a family, you start to realize you aren’t missing a damn thing!! No excuses!! We are working!!!!! Gains Gains Gains!!!!! Going out drinking is cool and all, but it’s hyped up!! Workout and eat good!! Let’s go🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Keep it up! I always found neutral grip pullup easier than normal pull up. Normals feel so much harder for me.
