You should try Greg Doucette's anabolic french toast, and his protein ice cream. Its really good and i know you're a better cook, so you can definitely make it better than him. Those meals have helped me out a lot!
Quan, keep it up. One thing I noticed in your routine is the speed. Please take note that for effective muscle building, muscle engagement is optimised if your movements are not rushed. This is specifically with your free weights fyi. Just sharing from my experience so far.
when i look at the vids of super fat people(not you obviously) showing what they eat. What they eat in a day. Weighing 300lb and up... They have in common. They eat like maybe one clean meal(cheese, broccoli and rice for example). And the rest of the day is snacks and snacks. By snacks, I mean ultra process stuff like "bars", fudge bars, oat bars... whatever. Chips, potato chips, "healthy" chips, chips of all kinds.... it's all these crap that's making them fat. Not the rice. Rice is a clean food. Chinese and other Asians been eating rice for thousands of years. There's been a special diet called the "Rice Diet" created by a doctor to lower blood pressure and heal kidney diseases. It was successful. It's just rice, fruit and veggies. All these meals I see you've been eating thus far, they're clean and healthy. Made from whole foods. Home cooked. It's all the ultra processed snacks from a package, sugary drinks that would make you fat.

careful with doing dips before u cut quan, u might get costochondritis if u push urself too hard which I got and it sucks.
