My feet now look like they are on the wrong way around and ive got claws for feet . My hands have now stdrted the same . Every toe is dislocated and i supposed to be a size 6 shoe but i have to wear a 9 or 10 . I was scared of having surgery so i never saw a doctor . By the time i eventually saw one they said that the only thing they can do is amputate. I'm only 45 years old . And it started when i was 16 . I have still yet to find any feet as bad as mine on the internet . I've also got osteoarthritis in my ankles and they are 3 times thicker than they should be . Ive still come up negative for every rematoide factor test

If you don't have access to medication for whatever reason, i have a family member who has had a significant drop in pain in their fingers by rubbing cold pressed castor oil into their hands every night.
Olive oil, Mustard oil or whatever oil massage at night helps alot with my swelling! Thanks guys. I think the skin is absorbing the oil and helps to lubricate.

I’m 40 and recently started getting symptoms.. very afraid to have the test to confirm it is what I fear it is. Very mild so far but seems to be gradually getting worse
It started in my pinky finger a year ago and a half ago. Slowly progressed to all over my body. If you haven’t yet, get treatment immediately. Not being able to dress myself or even my hair is a very debilitating and depressing.
I’m only 22 years old and been struggling to find a doctor that know what they talking about in the state of Washington and for the longest was very hard to get insurance (even then it’s not great). After reading some comments, I do feel as if I developed this oddly after the COVID shots of 2020 and before that year and all my life, I was perfectly fine. Does anyone have any explanation or advice on how to cure it especially at a young age where I get knee deterioration, knee pain, groin pain, and hand pain?
Hi HI, You talked about the feet, but what about the wrist, when there is a difference in the bend back on the wrist. I am having that problem with my wrist.
I like your vedeo about RA..what is the best treatment for bone deformities in my hands to be normal again aside from operation, is there a medicine for this? What?Thank you...
I tested positive for rheumatoid factor in 2007 with most joints stiff and sore but the rheumatologist said the ra pos was a red herring because I had no swelling! Told I had fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome! Now I have swelling and pain in finger joints. Am I likely to have RA?
I have the same waited so long to see rheumatology but wen I went I had no swelling he said but to me I did so did an xray just waiting for results I have it bad in hands and feet one finger doesnt move any more and he was like I don't no why ur finger isn't moving as ur not swollen because I've waited 9 months on nhs it no longer works they make u feel like ur lieing x

I am a 34 year old female and I have had RA since I was 22. Due to limited finances and just my own denial of the severity of the situation, I did not seek out the help I should have early on. As of right now all of my joints aside from my spine (not heavily in my hips) are affected. Ive been on prednisone (horrible but necessary) every day for almost 8 or 9 years. I just recently got my insurance to approve coverage for the biologic enbrel. But I already have significant deformity in my fingers, toes, and my left ankle. The question I have is if there is severe pronation (I think it was) or where my left ankle is basically rolled to the side, arch has collapsed, toes have curled but have not gone sideways....what type of shoe would I be able to wear? I can still get a normal shoe on my right foot but due to the severe pronation of my left ankle (that has also caused a sort of hard bony protrusion on the inside of where my arch would have been before it collapsed) I can no longer get a shoe on that foot. I have resorted to having to wear slide on sandals all day and year round. I did get orthotic ones, but just being a pair from amazon, who knows how good they actually are. But I can't stand up or take a step with out them, because due to that protrusion on my left foot, it literally feels like I'm walking on pure bone in that spot. Sorry for the long message, I'm just curious if you have anything you would suggest, as far as a shoe goes, that I might could actually wear? I know I need surgery, but I'm terrified and I don't have the help I would most likely need during recovery, so I've put it off. Hoping that the biologic I'm now on will keep it from getting worse until I can figure out how I could have the surgeries I need and a bit of help during recovery. But any advice you have about shoes or anything else would be greatly appreciated.

Wonder if over flexibility can course this. If it’s already in the hands as all the symptoms are pointing it is arthritis but can the shoulder or arm muscles break because of arthritis?

Me, the 36F... realizing that just 'living with my pain' is probably a bad idea. High CRP, near constant high white cell count... yeah, time to look into my pain/stiffness/swelling in my hands, feet, knees, and jaw.
Please get checked, do not take its all in your head for an answer. I got misdiagnosed for 7 years, I had 0 negative and once my ra factor wentnto over 600 they found the RA, my gp had no clue.
@@nancy9478 I *finally* got a Seropositive RA diagnosis last month. phew. Trialing meds... as methotrexate was horrible on my gut, and I'm allergic to sulfa. it'll likely be biologics for me pretty quick here.

Thanx for the info. In SA these biologics are crazy expensive. I am a teacher i South Africa. . .and im technically f@..... the medical insurance isnt great. So why do they make it so expensive? So Keto...Mediterranean diet....and MSM did it 4 me. Occupational therapists here can built a new house every year with their earnings and super expensive short sessions lol!
I’m just starting testing due to huge swelling in the knuckle’s and fingers in both hands. It’s also effecting my wrists and elbow and shoulder’s. I go for bloods and X-rays today. I’m hoping it’s not RA but I can’t see it been anything else. I’ve even started with tennis elbow and numbness in my fingers. It’s strange because my fingers get so cold and go white on tips while I’m sleeping. Pain gets so bad in the night it wakes me up. After dinner I’m so exhausted and the pain is like a deep bone ache with a stabbing pain and I feel like to my stomach. I’ve been like this 13 weeks, only just finally visited my doctor I was hoping I’d feel better with time but this doesn’t seem to be improving and actually seems to be effecting more joints. I also have a spinal injury caused by CES and numb from hips down I’m dreading if it is RA. I’m dreading getting older. Thank you for your video . Hope I don’t need the advice but years ago I had tests that indicated I had autoimmune problems. Since the covid vaccination that caused every gland to get so swollen and painful my body has been a total mess. I’ve been told that my immunity gone into overdrive hence the swollen glands all the time and constant sore throat and pains in the neck and collar bone and now this. I feel like I’m falling apart. One more thing ever since I had the vaccine my arm were I had the vaccine is still sore and red two years later. I wondered if anyone else was like me?
how are u now hun? i also have a swollen hand for almost a month now. and i can’t make a fist. i think i have psoriatic arthritis because i have psoriasis, pain and stiffness on my hands and wrists, painful arms, knee and feet
Custom rthotics seem to make my feet hurt worse. They press into my arch. Unlike b4 my feet flattened out...i could never go barefoot. Now it feels better to walk in my socks. Vionics hv bn good to me too.
I have all the symptoms of RA but it's much worse in one hand. I can't find any other explanation. Lack of activity and it starts to hurt and get stiff. Fingers are fatter in that hand (swollen I guess) but no redness or anything. Finding a Rheumatologist is hard. 2 month wait at the quickest. I wish I could find something sooner because I feel the longer I wait the more damage my dominant hand gets.
I feel severe stiffness in my feet wen I start walk my knees side and front badly hurt while moving bending my right hand and arm is hardly move plz tell me which arthritis I have.i m in bad pain 😢
My dears am dying I have the same pains I thought they have even bewitched me because my body is not ok, I have joint pains, some times headache all the body, then it might be this disease.
For the last 2 months, I’ve been waking up with pain in my knees, hips, elbows and shoulders. Both sides. Within an hour or two, I feel better. All my tests were normal. Does anyone know what other thing I can look into that it could be?
Yeah, my newest doctor finally agreed I have fibromyalgia, which I’ve had for about 6 years. The pain specifically in my joints was new since the beginning of 2023. So, he put me on duloxetine. It helped a lot, but eventually, I got too used to it, just like my gabapentin. I’m now on the carnivore diet, and the pain is super minor and only in the morning. 😁
Does modern medicine have a cure for anything at all? We should go back to indigenous traditional treatments instead of suffering at the hands of no-cure modern medics.

Thank you Dr following from Trinidad. Was diagnosed with both motor and sensory nerve damage and to which I am working on.elbow joint is painful..only affected on left side of my body, but I watch everything I eat and drink..Hoping for the best..

The main factor that triggers RA is sugar & carbs.
If you don't have access to medication for whatever reason, i have a family member who has had a significant drop in pain in their fingers by rubbing cold pressed castor oil into their hands every night.
Thanks
Yes this helped me as well, thank you 😊
Thank you for this! I have no idea what to do 😓
No med zone here hands are a painful mess.. natural remedies only..
Olive oil, Mustard oil or whatever oil massage at night helps alot with my swelling! Thanks guys. I think the skin is absorbing the oil and helps to lubricate.
Great video, I have had RA for 22 years and learned today lots of information I hadn't heard before
Is there anything a podiatrist can do for a RA patient with an increasingly painful bunionette? Can they be stopped from growing further or reduced? What about ankle pain too please?
Please check my video on bunionette:

I’m 40 and recently started getting symptoms.. very afraid to have the test to confirm it is what I fear it is. Very mild so far but seems to be gradually getting worse
Same situation
Same 44 and started feeling mild symptoms for years ago and know they are strong and stronger
48 and same symptoms
Hi HI,
You talked about the feet, but what about the wrist, when there is a difference in the bend back on the wrist.
Go to a different rheumatologist, you might also want to look into lyme and other tickborne diseases
What are the suggested supplements that may help?
You can look up a diet for auto immune diseases. It can really help. There are several out there that are similar.
Hws ur problem nw is diet help
Diagnosed with Seronegative RA with Anti CCP 273. Had 5 surgeries on my right foot before being diagnosed, resulting in three fused toes (looks like a monster foot). Now it's in my wrists 😢. Thank you for your information. .

I have ra in all my joints, shoulders down, hips down. My right hand and wrist are deforming, and I am starting OT asap, the left hand is not as bad, thsnkfully. My Mom and 3 sisters have/ had autoimmune arthritus. My 6 brothers do not. Ugh. I eat a carnivore diet and it helps, I need to give up coffee next. Veggies make me ache.
I am sorry to hear about your arthritis problems. Please, check my videos on arthritis:

Any supplement that can improve this disease??
Thank you for the info!😊

Wonder if over flexibility can course this. If it’s already in the hands as all the symptoms are pointing it is arthritis but can the shoulder or arm muscles break because of arthritis?

Well explained 👍🏻
Are there any herbs that can be taken?

thanks for your good videos, it was very helpful , and also giving information what to and exercises you show . thankyou again please give some more videos. God bless you.
My RA result is 31.46 and my vitamin D test is 33 what should i do?
Thanx for the info. In SA these biologics are crazy expensive. I am a teacher i South Africa. . .and im technically f@..... the medical insurance isnt great. So why do they make it so expensive? So Keto...Mediterranean diet....and MSM did it 4 me. Occupational therapists here can built a new house every year with their earnings and super expensive short sessions lol!
Exactly they work great, but its not always easy to get!
Does the swelling and stiffness seem to show up within a month or two?
Oh my god, I am so scared.
There is great news the earlier you catch and address any off these issues the much more likely you are to have great health later in life ❤️😊🙏
I’m just starting testing due to huge swelling in the knuckle’s and fingers in both hands.
Hey what happened with the test results
how are u now hun? i also have a swollen hand for almost a month now. and i can’t make a fist. i think i have psoriatic arthritis because i have psoriasis, pain and stiffness on my hands and wrists, painful arms, knee and feet
Same but not vaccinated. And trigger finger in both hands
After Covid Vaccine my health started to decline too
Custom rthotics seem to make my feet hurt worse.
I wish I could find something sooner because I feel the longer I wait the more damage my dominant hand gets.
how are u now?
Yes it very painful
Thank you
Can rheumatoid arthritis, cause numbness in part of the foot or toes?
and.. C1-C2 vertebra spine problems too!
Thankyou
WHAT?? I have Rheumatoid and no sir. It affects ALL joints and internal organs.
I feel severe stiffness in my feet wen I start walk my knees side and front badly hurt while moving bending my right hand and arm is hardly move plz tell me which arthritis I have.i m in bad pain 😢
I have know person she is 26 year's old she have these symptoms
Thank you for information
My dears am dying I have the same pains I thought they have even bewitched me because my body is not ok, I have joint pains, some times headache all the body, then it might be this disease.
For the last 2 months, I’ve been waking up with pain in my knees, hips, elbows and shoulders. Both sides. Within an hour or two, I feel better. All my tests were normal.
Does anyone know what other thing I can look into that it could be?
Fibromyalgia maybe
See a rheumatologist!
Avoiding certain foods may help some AI diseases (already scientifically proven with IBD in recent paper). Try the AIP diet plan (free) and see if you have any food sensitivities. It will take 2-6 weeks of just eating 'good' food to see if you are sensitive or not, if you are you can then start reintroducing the 'bad' founds, one a week, until you find those which make your symptoms worse. Your immune system is being triggered by something other than your own body (if it was triggered by your own body you would have been born with those symptoms!) and it is highly likely that the gut immune system (70% of entire immune system) is reacting to something you ingest. Really - try the AIP diet plan - what have you got to lose? There is no money in just avoiding certain foods, so the drug companies and pill pushers are not interested in it! It is much easier for a doctor to just prescribe a pill and say 'go away' rather than try to help you find the triggers!
In India indigenous ayurvedic treatment had cure with lifestyle change and good habits to rheumatoid arthritis but with Morden treatment we forgotten evening 😭 now I have rheumatoid arthritis from last 9 years I want to die now.
@@indiangirl727..pls don't die,if u have good family nd care takers.. see good rheumatologist...iam r.a pt 15 yrs,68 yrs.affected all joints..my family members don't care me,,it's me who has to die ..also I have many other issues...dyeing is also not easy..but I must dye...don't want to become bed ridden, wen there is no one to bother abt me.
@@indiangirl727I know how you feel! My husbands keeps saying you better get to the dr! WHY??? I go to the dr twice a year for check up and bloodwork! Everything comes back normal!! If we take meds that help with the pain then we find out the pain meds will end up killing you!! The medical field is missing something here!! Could RA induced arch collapse lead to Morton’s neuroma?
it always amazes me that doctors never recommend one of the single most important things to align tissue, muscle.....massage
