    I had pre-existing injuries from car accident needed hip replacement. But my hip got so bad all of a sudden my wrist and feet started hurting on both sides out of nowhere I couldn't walk. Because my sister suffers from psoriatic arthritis. I was tested for rheumatoid and found out I had rheumatoid arthritis severe. But my feet and hands were deformed with medicine within 2 years. My sister's took about 20 years. Finally, after 3 1/2 years of different medication and infusions. I was finally able to get a full hip replacement, and I am now scheduled for foot surgery next week. Then I will work on my hands. But mine came on so severe so fast it was nuts.

      Avoiding certain foods may help some AI diseases (already scientifically proven with IBD in recent paper). Try the AIP diet plan (free) and see if you have any food sensitivities. It will take 2-6 weeks of just eating 'good' food to see if you are sensitive or not, if you are you can then start reintroducing the 'bad' founds, one a week, until you find those which make your symptoms worse. Your immune system is being triggered by something other than your own body (if it was triggered by your own body you would have been born with those symptoms!) and it is highly likely that the gut immune system (70% of entire immune system) is reacting to something you ingest. Really - try the AIP diet plan - what have you got to lose?

I have many physical problems along with a mental illness. I just don’t think I’m strong enough, but I have to be. It’s really sad for all of us experiencing this. This video is very informational. • @jenniferhahn2851
      @jenniferhahn2851 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I have been going in for years and haven't caught it during a flare. You schedule your appointment and have no idea what will be going on in your body months out. I eat very healthy, take supplements, so I was managing it well. A switch flipped this summer and I'm flaring all the time so I made another appointment and hopefully will be flaring when I go in. It's not a fun mind game to hope you're flaring in the future but it is very frustrating. You might want to look into lyme or other tickborne diseases, they can cause arthritis that moves around, turns on and off a lot. I hope you're able to get relief.

    I got RA right after the COvid shot. It seem to start in my knees in my hands. And now it leaves my knees alone, and gets my feet and my hands. I have officially finally been diagnosed after waiting over five months to even see a specialist.
    I did you get the shot I don’t know if it was actually getting Covid or the shot that did it. But now I wonder if the spike protein had something to do with my antibody markers working together to get me. I’m a 40-year-old male and this is absolutely the shittiest thing that could ever happen.
    Every day I’m in pain and I just started methotrexate and they said it could be months before I notice any benefit. Anyways, it’s painful and I wish all of you well.

    My feet now look like they are on the wrong way around and ive got claws for feet . My hands have now stdrted the same . Every toe is dislocated and i supposed to be a size 6 shoe but i have to wear a 9 or 10 .
    I was scared of having surgery so i never saw a doctor . By the time i eventually saw one they said that the only thing they can do is amputate. I'm only 45 years old .
    And it started when i was 16 . I have still yet to find any feet as bad as mine on the internet . I've also got osteoarthritis in my ankles and they are 3 times thicker than they should be . Ive still come up negative for every rematoide factor test

    I am a 34 year old female and I have had RA since I was 22. Due to limited finances and just my own denial of the severity of the situation, I did not seek out the help I should have early on. As of right now all of my joints aside from my spine (not heavily in my hips) are affected. Ive been on prednisone (horrible but necessary) every day for almost 8 or 9 years. I just recently got my insurance to approve coverage for the biologic enbrel. But I already have significant deformity in my fingers, toes, and my left ankle. The question I have is if there is severe pronation (I think it was) or where my left ankle is basically rolled to the side, arch has collapsed, toes have curled but have not gone sideways....what type of shoe would I be able to wear? I can still get a normal shoe on my right foot but due to the severe pronation of my left ankle (that has also caused a sort of hard bony protrusion on the inside of where my arch would have been before it collapsed) I can no longer get a shoe on that foot. I have resorted to having to wear slide on sandals all day and year round. I did get orthotic ones, but just being a pair from amazon, who knows how good they actually are. But I can't stand up or take a step with out them, because due to that protrusion on my left foot, it literally feels like I'm walking on pure bone in that spot. Sorry for the long message, I'm just curious if you have anything you would suggest, as far as a shoe goes, that I might could actually wear? I know I need surgery, but I'm terrified and I don't have the help I would most likely need during recovery, so I've put it off. Hoping that the biologic I'm now on will keep it from getting worse until I can figure out how I could have the surgeries I need and a bit of help during recovery. But any advice you have about shoes or anything else would be greatly appreciated.

    Me, the 36F... realizing that just 'living with my pain' is probably a bad idea. High CRP, near constant high white cell count... yeah, time to look into my pain/stiffness/swelling in my hands, feet, knees, and jaw.

So why do they make it so expensive? So Keto...Mediterranean diet....and MSM did it 4 me. Occupational therapists here can built a new house every year with their earnings and super expensive short sessions lol!

    I’m just starting testing due to huge swelling in the knuckle’s and fingers in both hands. It’s also effecting my wrists and elbow and shoulder’s. I go for bloods and X-rays today. I’m hoping it’s not RA but I can’t see it been anything else. I’ve even started with tennis elbow and numbness in my fingers. It’s strange because my fingers get so cold and go white on tips while I’m sleeping. Pain gets so bad in the night it wakes me up. After dinner I’m so exhausted and the pain is like a deep bone ache with a stabbing pain and I feel like to my stomach. I’ve been like this 13 weeks, only just finally visited my doctor I was hoping I’d feel better with time but this doesn’t seem to be improving and actually seems to be effecting more joints. I also have a spinal injury caused by CES and numb from hips down I’m dreading if it is RA. I’m dreading getting older. Thank you for your video . Hope I don’t need the advice but years ago I had tests that indicated I had autoimmune problems. Since the covid vaccination that caused every gland to get so swollen and painful my body has been a total mess. I’ve been told that my immunity gone into overdrive hence the swollen glands all the time and constant sore throat and pains in the neck and collar bone and now this. I feel like I’m falling apart. One more thing ever since I had the vaccine my arm were I had the vaccine is still sore and red two years later. I wondered if anyone else was like me?

    I have all the symptoms of RA but it's much worse in one hand. I can't find any other explanation. Lack of activity and it starts to hurt and get stiff. Fingers are fatter in that hand (swollen I guess) but no redness or anything. Finding a Rheumatologist is hard. 2 month wait at the quickest. I wish I could find something sooner because I feel the longer I wait the more damage my dominant hand gets.

      Yeah, my newest doctor finally agreed I have fibromyalgia, which I’ve had for about 6 years. The pain specifically in my joints was new since the beginning of 2023.
      So, he put me on duloxetine. It helped a lot, but eventually, I got too used to it, just like my gabapentin.
      I’m now on the carnivore diet, and the pain is super minor and only in the morning. 😁

    Does modern medicine have a cure for anything at all?
    We should go back to indigenous traditional treatments instead of suffering at the hands of no-cure modern medics.

    • @steve6375
      @steve6375 ปีที่แล้ว

There is no money in just avoiding certain foods, so the drug companies and pill pushers are not interested in it! It is much easier for a doctor to just prescribe a pill and say 'go away' rather than try to help you find the triggers!
