    I got TB in 2021 and had treatment for 6 months. Since then I lost weight and I am now underweight. Just today, I am diagnosed with this disease after I have had 4 months of pain in my shoulder and palms. I am feeling overwhelmed though myself being a counsellor.

      I also got TB in 2019, and after that i was having joint pains in ankle. and doctor said that it is synovitis. It is not going away now I am having joint pains in finger. Are you well now

      It's possible..try Pranayama and meditation. Negative thinking s like poison, just when ever you feel upset due to others, get back to slow breathing ..try it for a month..it helps immensely..daily practice makes you immune to all these..Join Yoga classes..

    Thanku mam 🌸 i m suffering from RA approx 3 yrs. Back when i was 22 yr. Initially when it all started i had so so so much stiffness in my all body even I can't sit even can't turn myself during night. In beginning i took 4 months of mdcn then 2020 lockdown came i was not able to go to my rheumatologist then i stop my mdcn n starts living healthy .. what helps me more is my food. Yes food is healer our mother nature has lots of food that helps to grow free from disease. I work more on my liver n my gut health. Now i reverse 70% of my condition!! Yes we have to maintain AVAV protocol /ahar vihar achar vichar. 🌿

    Dr Hansaji you say in your video that those with RA should avoid high protein non vegetarian food. Could you please educate us on the best source of protein when you have rheumatoid arthritis. Thank you.

      the proteins that you get in your wheat, ragi, almonds and veggies is ample. Non veg should be avoid since it is a burden on your stomach which can aggravate the RA.

    🍒I take Ultra strong tart wild cherry concentrated capsules three times a day and moringa powder or capsules seem to reduce pain by 50 to 70 %.. Not sure the type of arthritis I have, but this helped me. I stay away from sugars and alcohols like beer... that was said to spike my pain over time. I I make a smoothie every day, with a frozen banana in it, sometimes other frozen fruit like blueberries or black and raspberries... with the powders mixed in.. It could be mixed in orange juice or grapefruit juice (unsweetened) ... I stay away from most junk food. I wish you all well. 💛

    Mam, I am diagnosed with reaction arthithis since an year as my RA is -ve. Am 22yrs old. For the past 6yrs I had neck pain. Now I have pain, tenderness and swelling in almost all my joints. I have started medicine bt didnt help me up. Mam, I am a dentist. Due to this I have much difficulty in my day to day life.
    I have changed my life style,food habits bt there wasn't any positive signs.

      Same here, my mother had a rare form of RA and she would sweat blue. A Dr. looked it up in a book and found it. Diagnosed around 1982, she suffered so much until her Death in 2013. I wonder if she had changed her diet what would have the outcome have been.

    Good evening. Ive this week been diagnosed with psoriatic rheumatoid . Years of neglecting myself and just physicslly pushing ahead has made my body to just colllapse..added to this its now cause IBD - asthma and cardiac issue..please help. I cannot tolerate the meds they have given me which they give cancer patients. The daily use of asthma pump 8 x daily and other things..please pleas help

      Yes Ayurveda can cure Ra.and you can try accupressure or accpuncture from reputed practitioners..I am having ayurvedic treatment for my each and every ailment.Ra.thyroid sleep disorders. Best of luck dear😃👍

    I had a joint pain n back sprain, a month ago. I 'm practicing yoga since many years regularly n added certain asanas and the pains have reduced very much. Sometimes I don't even feel any pain. I believe that connecting with nature pushes away stress, n overthinking.

      My sprain n joint pain eased in 2 weeks, as I am doing yoga since long, so I continued with yoga n asanas which Hansa Maa showed in the video. My joint pain is not old one.
