Also you can pinch the each silicone shower fins, it will break the sediment.

    Hi bro,
Nice explanation. Btw i would like to check if i only want to reduce water pressure at the shower only. How do i control the pressure(at the shower area) without controlling the entire pressure by turning the pressure lower at the water and gas cubicle outside the house.

@@ThePunggolHandyMan 😄 Should install a CFV on the shower side of the water supply pipe. Previously PUB gives away flow restrictor to the public. Can try to ask them for it.

Quick question, same symptoms ie the tap is fine but the shower head has low pressure. I have also replaced with a new shower head but to no avail.
Could it be due to the flexible hose, rather than a pipe to the water heater?

I basically remove the connections part by part to see where the sediment build up

New subscriber here! I'm.having the same sediment issue, I wonder if this is due to my cheaply china made mixer or not. I'm planning to get a reputable brand as replacement.

No not really sometimes due to construction or renovation elsewhere maybe in the block or in the water tank on the roof or upstream on the pipeline, sand and grit may enter the piping system which is very normal. It then somehow ends up at a random outlet which unfortunately is your tap! Is there construction/ renovation happening anywhere nearby?

Dude put some cloth or paper towel between your wrench and the shower ! You’re damaging the chrome like this
