It does. After this helped me with my health anxiety. My problem is fear of mornings. I have to start with a 1 mile run to knock it out. Hope you feel better.

What a ripper mate. Was on a packed train (a real trigger for my anxiety). I managed it and got through. It will be easier next time. Thanks again Dennis. It’s always nice to know I can turn to this channel when i’m in a tricky spot.

Oh I am so sorry, having anxiety on the subway (or whatever train/tight space) is so difficult. You’re going to be ok ❤❤ I deal with the same thing.

Dennis, thank you. Thank you for creating this. I was circling the drain tonight. I put this on and it gave me some peace of mind. Love the analogy of "like watching paint dry and getting bored with it" and also for making it feel safe to actually INVITE the symptoms to come. I cant be afraid of something that you would ask me to invite in. I trust you. The work you do in this world is so important. You are important. You have my gratitude ❤

Thank you for this. There's a lot going on in my head and instead of fighting them off, I let them in and watched as they took away my anxiety about them. I am fine now.

I have been on my Anxiety journey for a year now. The amount of improvement I have made is astounding. I can only encourage others to keep going, no matter how hard it may be. I used to think it wasn’t possible, that I couldn’t change. Once I started to become more positive and keep on trying I started to see results

I have been on my Anxiety journey for 4 years and first two years it was really hard by pushing me to get rid of this feeling but when I enter into my 3 rd year journey by using the key of let it go then come astonishing changes in mylife .I started to enjoy my moments by feeling all the emotions and by making it let it go of the emotions. Now I feel very calm and also my life had gone through a drastic change throughout this journey

Went through another onset of intense symptoms, back pain, bloating, internal trembling among others. Still hard not to overthink. Listened to this during lunch break. Pain subsided when I woke up but slowly getting back to intensity as the day progressed.

I am person who went through multiple episodes. To be clear I never suffered from health anxiety until I experienced what I am sure was a stroke. I was driving when all of a sudden all of my left side went numb for 5-10 minutes. My left side of my face went numb.. I couldn’t talk.. called the paramedics . They showed up and checked my vitals. They told me that everything looked good… my numbness was gone. I did not go to the ER.. but soon after I went to get checked. None of the tests showed signs of recent stroke.. I was not left satisfied.. months later I had a second episode.. I went to ER and no diagnosis from the doctors… recently I am having health anxiety..

It's v v nice! We had roof people here banging and smashing stuff. I felt bit attacked. I am using a new self talk . It goes: Good morning fears, anxiety and depression. I know you're here. You can sit down and tell me how you feel and why, but youre not allowed to scream and scare the crap out of me. Let's make an agreement that I will accept you, but you have to calm down so I can get a job and get things done!
