Thank you for this! Lately my anxiety gets activated during the moments when I wake up. Is been going on for a while, but today it gave me a mini panic attack. When I manage to calm down I get emotionally low and my mind goes and goes. I’ve been doing way much better in calming myself down physically but emotionally and mentally is still challenging. Any tips?
I can’t seem to calm down lately. Like I’m constantly spinning out of control. I feel nauseous all the time and I can’t explain it it’s like morning sickness but I don’t get sick. I’ve been to the doctor even the hospital and they say it’s anxiety. Can this be possible? I hate this anxiety symptom the most and I just can’t let it go. I panic more than I do anything else. I just want hope of living a normal life again
I have anticipatory anxiety so I can calm myself in the moment because I’m thinking about the appt I have to go to etc…. Is there something I can do about that?

I was just ready to call 911and I'm still feeling residual physical symptoms, but the frantic panic has eased up almost but not quite completely.

Not really, but you can bring the anxiousness with you and bypass the tug of war of thoughts that create more fatigue.
