@@liva9404 Hey Liv! I hope this helps you because it would’ve helped me around 3 months ago, but I am doing a lot better. I have my days where I’m thinking negative thoughts but I’ve just learn to ignore them. Im not saying it’s going to happen over night and I don’t even know you but I promise you it will get better! I also would recommend seeing your primary care physician to discuss an anti depressant. They are not for everybody but Zoloft or (sertraline) has helped me get back on track to being able to function. You got this, I believe in you!!

Hey Dylan. I was around your age when I really knew I had bad anxiety, maybe a little younger. But let me tell you this- it’s NNOT a curse. We can actually use it for our good if we learn to channel it and use it in a good way.. to accomplish our goals, build a life for ourselves, etc. therapy also can help arrange those thoughts. But your not alone . Half the world deals with anxiety in one way or another- keep fighting bro. And most importantly, give it to God. 🙏💪

You have the power to overcome anything ! ANYTHING! Continue with this and it really works. Your mind needs to be reminded that everything is ok. You are not going crazy you are not sick you are stronger than you know. you have to remind yourself you are powerful this will pass. You have conditioned yourself to think every sensation you feel is taking you to that horrific place. But that is not so. You are perfectly save. I over came it in two days just watching and listening to this all day as soon as I felt that vibrating ugly sensation I started. If you have any questions please reach out. God bless JESUS IS ALIVE

I’ve been struggling with this kind of thing for quite some time. Had a panic attack back in February and went to the ER because it was a new experience for me. They did tests and found out I was also dehydrated and had a viral infection. That infection was making me anxious because I displayed no fever or true symptoms but felt off. Flash forward and I have been anxious and hyper aware of bodily feelings ever since. I’ve been to the emergency room multiple times thinking something was wrong. Have had 3 major attacks since February. It’s just scary and I want to fix this. Daily anxiety and it’s affecting my job, relationships. I did start going to therapy and I’ve been introduced to some exercises I can do. My doctor has explained that I may have been put into a state of medical PTSD in a sense and it’s making me very anxious.

Torva, Take some action. Reduce negative thoughts. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be still and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly they will reduce and relax the mind. Deep inhalation-exhalation is not needed. Day or night before sleep sit or lie down and observe your breath. Be as still as possible as it reduces negative thoughts. Make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

Honestly thank you for this! I haven't really seen much health anxiety affirmations before on TH-cam, this is honestly the only one I've seen so far and this is so useful! Ever since the pandemic I've been really struggling to the point where I just feel stuck and don't know what else to do. Health anxiety is exhausting. It has consumed me to the point where I don't know myself anymore. And the thing with health anxiety is that at some point is does calm down and it "goes away" but then when you least expect it, it comes right back and you're in that headspace all over again. So I want to try my best to at least do something about this because I can't handle it anymore. I deserve to feel a bit better about myself. I'm so grateful for all you do for us!❤️

Listening to your affirmations for anxiety and saying them with you made me believe I needed to stop fighting the feelings and start observing and going with my feelings. I was really happy in 2019. 2020 completely destroyed my mental health, but I thought I’d be better afterwards. However, I’m in a point of my life where there are too many stressors and not enough of them going away before another presents itself. I had a bad trip from my first and only edible I’ve ever had, which unlocked anxiety I never knew I had. After that I attempted to just wait the anxiety out, but life kept coming. My ex killed his beautiful and sweet little sister in a grisly car wreck, my grandparents got covid, a different grandfather passed away, I got a promotion in a job that was already stressing me and took on too much responsibility I wasn’t ready for so I didn’t let down my boss, I started failing school, I almost got kicked out, and I had a sensitive reaction to my anxiety medication that had me in the ER. So that plus the political stressors and now my existential fear over everything and not having a spiritual foundation that I can stick with and constantly having these new physical symptoms has me pretty much bedridden. I’m terrified of pretty much everything, and before a few weeks ago, I wasn’t able to sleep more than 3 hours a night. Every night I fall asleep to this video, now. It’s the only thing I can fall asleep to. You gave me that back. And I’m hoping to work through this and get everything else back, too. Thank you.

Donny, I don't usually comment on TH-cam, but your comment really resonated with me. I've been listening to this video every time I experience health anxiety (which is every few days at this point). Too much stress really wreaks havoc on the emotions, and when I was younger, it never manifested on my body. But like you said, political stressors, pandemic, my best friend dying in 2018, my husband almost dying from heart failure a month after my best friend died, starting my own business two weeks before pandemic lockdown...my logical brain tells me I should be able to deal with all of these things, but I think everyone has a tipping point where the change is just too much and the mind reacts with fight or flight as evolution has built into us. In my case, flight would be the first choice, but you can't run from the kind of stress we experience, so it has to manifest. I'm glad you are getting some help from this video and channel too! I hope you are able to work through everything successfully and get back to where you want to be emotionally and mentally!

@@cindyleonard7629 there really is just so much you can take before your logical thoughts conflict with the subliminal response. I’m sorry to hear about your friend and husband, that sounds devastating and I don’t know how I’d be able to handle it. I hope that today finds you well, and that you can find peace with your symptoms and life soon. This comment really helped me feel so much less alone. I hope you know you aren’t, either. Thank you.

@@mzshasta I’m actually doing a whole lot better. I thought for a while there was no end, it was just so extreme and out of control and when I thought it reached it’s peak it got even worse. About 2 weeks ago though, I got on a benzo, “clonazepam” for short-term relief because I couldn’t will myself to try an SSRI because they made me too anxious. Now, two weeks later, I feel like I’ve gained back a large part of myself that I worried was gone forever. I’m going to discuss long term plans with my dr. today, actually, and hopefully come out of this. I hope you can figure this out. I tried doing it on my own for over a year, and it only got steadily worse. Switching drs and being trusting of their medical expertise changed my quality of life in a big way. I wish you well. ❤️

Nice video. In life there are only 2 problems--mind and the body. To feel better reduce negative thoughts [overthinking]. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations when taking a walk, before sleep, in school, at work, when reading, etc. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a better life. Reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes--Counsellor.

I think that health anxiety is not irrational when you think about it, DECAY is the ground of reality but everyone goes around like it's not. SO the reasonable people sense this and it pops out in weird ways....being alive is like a scary movie that you do not know the ending of, or the twists and turns. We have these big brains and lots of time to think due to evolution.
