I used a similar acupressure mat daily and it's definitely decreased pain, improved posture , and loosened up all the muscles of my back. Highly recommend

The key is to keep it a part of your routine every now and then!

I'm using on daily since 7 years. Usually nodding off while listening to classical music. Wakining up after 20-40 Minutes in a very relaxed, almost blissful state. The amount of relaxation this at gave me is incredible- given it's just one small investment that lasts forever

I use it without shirt on my back for 20 minutes. I try to find guided meditations that last 20 minutes, and then use it as a timer - or sometimes I listen to a TED Talk or the like. It takes about 2 minutes until the pain stops. The I get more and more relaxed and sometimes drifts off. I've used it for 14 days now.

That is a great advice. I also tend to forward meditation type music videos until there is 20 minutes left. When it ends I know the time has elapsed. Good to see your consistency, keep it up!

I'd like to add that pregnant women and people with heart and vascular disease should not use these mats.

Why should people with heart or vascular disease avoid?

I have restless legs that seize up and jerk. Resting my legs on the mat helps circulation and relieves the the jolts

Great video, thanks. There are cheaper accupressure mats on the Amazon. Do you think they are as effective?
