    My niece shared these meditations a year ago. When she was diagnosed with cancer I sent it to her... forgetting who had shared it with me. She laughed. Heard Les talk of reading comments... a lovely prompt. These years have been gracefilled and growth filled in between rants. Thank you both for providing wisdom and making each word you say matter.

    This is my new favorite meditation! I used it in the middle of the day to help relieve pain in my back and legs. This particular breathing technique was amazing! It opened up my chakras, and I could feel my discs separate. The day before yesterday and today, when I found it again, I had hardly any leg pain which generates from my lower back. Yesterday, I was in tears because of my pain, so I’m so glad I found it again! Thank you, Sara! You are gifted!!! 🙏💕

      Hi Kathryn Willette....You MUST go see "The Three Amigos" on TH-cam: Gregg Braden, Dr Bruce Lipton and Dr Joe Dispenza !!!!!!! They are my mentors. If you follow Dr Joe's teachings and meditations you will heal yourself. He teaches very ordinary people like you and I to heal ourselves.

      @@keithpage8672 I also follow them, but do far, nothing’s worked. I think it may be from an infection I got from the hospital during my last surgery, that is extremely hard to kill. I had this when I was growing up, then it disappeared, and now it’s back with a vengeance!

      These meditations help my blood pressure go down, which is a great relief. Also, my daughter is in a dangerous situation with her work and my anxiety/ fear has been so high I was given benzodiazepines by my Dr. When I use these meditations faithfully throughout the day and to get a full night’s sleep, I do not need the medication. I am so grateful! Thank you so much! I am 82.

    Love you and the clarity of your voice. I have partial hearing loss and I cannot always hear perfectly, but your soothing tone and clear voice make it all better. I would request meditation to heal my hearing if you can make some 🙏🏽 many blessings and love to you in advance 🙏🏽

    Hello Sara, I fell down on the bathroom floor yesterday and I could not breathe naturally again. There is no cut nor bleeding, so I don’t think going to the hospital might help. In the end, I still need to self heal. Do you have any video that can help? I truly and deeply appreciate your kindness and altruism in advance.

    I’m trying so hard to love this meditation but my brain kept distracting me with the bright and cheery sounds of busy birds singing like they do in the morning. Birds also go to sleep at night. Crickets, owls, cicadas are night sound but in general, not singing birds. Your voice and words were so supportive of relaxation and sleep but cheery birds singing makes me feel like it’s an energizing morning meditation. It seemed at odds with the rest of the meditation. 😩

    There are ads every 5 min now, 7/28/20, so its hard to meditate with the disruptions

    These meditations are perfect. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxR50id-GIBIDuBvuBGenhx1O5zKIfCVNK him has a gentle, warm, pleasant voice (with a slight Scots accent). The words are simple and clear. The timing is perfect... just as you start to find your mind wandering, he says and if you find that your mind is wandering... . There is no background music and no noise in the background, only his peaceful and engaging voice. The length of the meditations (about 1/2 hour each) works well for me. I find that I tire of some meditations after frequent repetition, but that hasn't happened with this one. The metta lovingkindness meditation always feels right. Some meditation CDs I have tried have not felt right. The voice seemed hurried, or sounded tense; the background music seemed intrusive, or there were noises that interfered with concentration. This is just perfect as an introduction for new meditators, and it's also a meditation that I return to again and again. I'd give this more than five stars if that were an option. Even my students, who are not ordinarily very receptive to meditation, relax when they hear this one!
