    Thank you Sarah.I am a chronic insomniac .I was on benzos for sleeping and I found out they were addictive and my doctor never told me they were.Anyway it took me 2 years to wean myself off and that was 7 years ago and I still suffer with protracted withdrawals.Nothing helps.I cannot even take vitamins they cause side effect.This calms down and I feel relaxed.Please pray for me and keep helping others like me.I really appreciate you.God Bless you.🙏🏾🙏🏾💞💕🌹

      After weaning off Benzo........we're you able to get back a restful sleep? ......what should a person do ....to restore their sleep .......it's been 3 years & cannot get a deep any deep sleep. I don't want to take sleep meds & become addicted to these? Does anyone know .....anything else that will work. I'm thankful for these videos ❤

      Take magnesium at bed time.Try infrared sauna on evening time, jacuzzi if you're able. You may also like Dr Joe Dispenza's videos meditation/visualizations. Sound like binaural bits and hertz sound may help. God bless❤❤❤❤

      I also suffer from anxiety depression and anxiety and I started taking the vitamin supplements magnesium glycolate and vitamin D³ and I take it at bedtime (because they make me tired). Then I lay down and give my worries to God and listen to a track like this one or like many others on TH-cam like called "Instant Calm" (the thumbnail picture has a guy/Michael Norman, he's in a black shirt with a pretty blue background) and then I fall asleep and stay asleep until the next morning.
      Feel free to try these for yourself and see if it could help you also. I will pray for you and wish you all the best.🫂🙏🕊️💞

      I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. It shook me just to read. I hope you find support. I've found listening to people share there experiences of death or near death comforting. I have never gone through anything like you are but just throwing it out there. Dr Eben Alexander and Dr Mary C. Neal both give what I believe credible accounts of their own experience . Both have many TH-cam talks and books. Dr. Neal also often shares the loss of her 20 year old son. Just thinking of you and will ask love be Sen to you.

    It's been a while but coming back to this was perfectly timed...I slipped/ fell on ice on valentines day & fractured my knee, broke my femur (thigh bone) and hip. 😏Super graceful lol
    It's a challenge dealing w/ being benched for so long but this helped me last pm to relax and get out of my own head... thanks again !!!

    The meditation is soothing restful am I usually fall asleep. I am a long time listener. Bieber the advertising that scones up just after is frightening loud and jarring. And this I am awoken :(
