    I suffer from severe PTSD which means along with mood swings, depression, anxiety, paranoia comes insomnia and nightmares. I have had approximately 4 hours sleep in the past 3 days and was being to have hallucinations. So last night I turn the thermostat down to 65 and put this on. I don't even remember at what point during the session when I fell asleep all I know is I did and stayed sleep all night without a nightmare. Thank you I'm forever grateful.

    It worked, my hubby had to wake me up and turn off my cell. I'm going to try again tonight. No more staring at the wall trying to fall asleep ! You are awesome !

      Sarah is a blessing. Her ❤ is so beautiful and open for her to share her fabulous array of meditations all done with her beautiful calming soothing voice. I find her my savior as I have managed to release myself from the past and its been a huge time for me. The underworld life was all I knew. Wanted 2mke changes so I needed to come into the light. Sarah helped me pull myself slowly patiently and surely out into the amazing beautiful light filled with opportunities 🙏

      Great idea Courtney. I'll copy you on this. My dental appointment is in 2 weeks and I love the idea. I always take a Lavender scented eye pillow along with me, but listening to this with ear buds is a fantastic idea. Thanks for sharing.

    I can't sleep at the moment Sarah but I haven't forgotten to book my session with you. When I do that, you will understand the anxiety caused by you know who. Its not what she does, its what she says day in and day out through her videos, its like somebody beating me over the head with a hammer, Edward Cummins

    This helped me get back to sleep straight away each time after being woken 3 times within 15 mins of drifting off each time! Thank you. I've woken feeling bright and able to continue the day xx

    This is GREAT BUT PLEASE eliminate the Libery insurance ad that loudly interrupts this session in the first half !!! I understand that ads are part of the deal but Please put them before or after so as not to defeat the purpose and disrupt the meditative state so abruptly .

    In the middle of the night I was hearing one of your mediations..it must have been on my play list..it was about let go of the past..a real body search to let go of things you are holding on to that no longer service you..I can't find it now.     when doing this meditation has anyone else experienced nightmares?
    I did this meditation last night then had these horrible dreams, one where an old primary friend said she didn't like me and I was really emotionally distressed about it 😆
    Could it be my nervous system processing and healing?
