      It's 4am in another restless night & the 1st time to this cal.ing channel .
      Have recently developed anxiety & panic attacks this month , its very new to me & scary .
      As a life long asthmatic with heartfailure last 8 yrs it's been a struggle but you have helped me get through this night & thank you ❤
      This will l be a part of my recovery in with the meds I take daily & its the light in the darkness 🙂

    Dear both, found your channel yesterday around 04:00 in the morning , for me a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow 🌈 after years of post-chemo insomnia I finally slept the greater part of 2 nights in a row.     Thank you sara I love your meditation but this one is special to me I have epilepsy and I get seizures so sleep is very important and I was having a problem sleeping sometimes but this meditation puts me to sleep i wake up happy and not so anxious and tired so im sending Good wishes from barbados be well 💖

    I have used this for a couple of years now and more often than not I get to sleep in no time. I change the speed to .75 which also makes it more relaxing. Thank you so much for giving me back sleep.

    Perfect. Right on time. I'm going through complex ptsd and grief. My whole body aches with chronic fatigue. I need to get help and focus on my healing although I don't remember my childhood in sure I have blocked it. I don't have insurance for a real therapist. So frustrating. I'm sure EMDR would help me. Thank God for TH-cam and your awesome help.

      It Can't Rain Forever I hope you are finding ways to improve. I have complex PTSD and in grief process as well. One form of pain sure aggravates the others. Don't know what I would do without meditation. We really need to care for ourselves on multiple levels.

    This has just saved me from what was turning into a second night of excruciating jaw pain. Tmj literally screaming agony where I could only relieve it by sitting up. Thank you I eventually got to sleep in the reclined position and it is a lot better this morning.

      You should see a doctor if you haven't already. Jaw pain along with stress can be 1 of the symptoms of a heart attack. Best wishes to you Adele

      @@clairegibbons7805 Thanks Claire, I did see a doctor and had month of a muscle relaxant drug... But the real cure I think was seeing and spending time with my mum and making up for lost time.. I'm so proud of her.. She's so courageous. Thanks for your concern Claire. I shall bear that info for the future.. A useful tip to remember.

      It took exactly a month from start to finish to be completely pain free and back to no drugs. But so glad to have got there again... A wake up call to be grateful for everyday with full health 😀

      thanks Claire. I did see both dr and dentist and between them and a month of listening to relaxation meditations such as this one , the pain has now gone. The dentist decided it was probably from where I'd had a previously root canalled tooth removed and I'd avoided eating on that side. I did some exercises and ate on that side and had a month of pain killers and muscle relaxant meds from the doc and am now thankfully 95% better now - a massive relief! Thanks for your concern.

    Thank you so much! This particular meditation helps me to fall back asleep when I wake up in the middle of the night . If it wasn't for these meditations, I don't know how I would sleep. Before I discovered your channel, I couldn't properly sleep for 10 months. I would wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning unable to return to sleep.
