    Very nice sleep meditation, but unfortunately the experience was spoiled by waking up to a loud ad at the end. I do not know why anyone would place an ad at the end of a sleep meditation and think that it would be well received. Why?

      The adds are so annoying and it seams there adding more of them if you don’t subscribe.
      I stopped listening to 1 after the 10th add.
      Spoiling it for the user and listener.
      If it was at the start fair enough.

      What I do to prevent this, is already scrolling to the end of the video before I start meditating/the video. When you do this it already plays all the ads and also the “last ad” & then I replay the video so i don’t see the ad at the end. Hope it helps for you as well!

      I canceled my subscription and then the awful ad about Sandy H. kept coming on!-right after the meditation! I resubscribed, because it’s too upsetting. I have to protect my peace and my mental health!!

      Set your phone timer (on your clock to 'stop playing' 1min before the end of the meditation.

      Sometimes I feel that way. But it is critically important so I keep going and feel better after doing it even if I don't get it exactly right each time. It's better for us than supplements, which I take anyway.

      Had to turn my sound level completely up for the music...just perfect 🙏 😇
