I skimmed Round1 and thought okay I can do it! I went with 2 10kgs. Even went more for some workouts. Then Round 2.. Didn't know it was going to be this tough! Sore from a heavy dumbell exercise, I switched a couple of upperbody movements to glute or abs movements LOL. Awesome!!
