I skimmed Round1 and thought okay I can do it! I went with 2 10kgs. Even went more for some workouts. Then Round 2.. Didn't know it was going to be this tough! Sore from a heavy dumbell exercise, I switched a couple of upperbody movements to glute or abs movements LOL. Awesome!!
Fait le 2 février 2025. Plan août 2024, jour 23. . Merci à vs deux Yoann et Tess, ce fut intense avec des poids de 2(15 llb ) et aussi 2 ( 10 llb) selon les exercices, une seule fois un 8 llb, la fois où on fait un lounge arrière main levé avec le poids. J'ai eu très chaud, j'ai suer au bout et mon cœur bat la chamade lolll. 💪🦵🦶🔥 Merci pour ce workout que j'ai refait.

Peut être un chouia court , après c'est le principe de ce genre de séance aussi , il y en faut pour tout le monde . Mais ca fait quand même bien travaillé le rythme cardiaque t c'est bien ca le plus important . Merci .
Fait le 1 février 2025 avec le plan août 2024, jour 20. Merci Yoann et Tess, pour moi cela a très bien été, utilisé que des 15 llb et mes jambe Ouffff, mais ils ne tremblaient pas, car j'ai commencé cette année à axé aussi sur la respiration et la posture ( abdo entrée, Chess sorti et relaxé les épaules. Car à la longue, on ne s'en rends pas compte et on en perd. Mon Kiro m'a dit de me fixer cet objectif cette année. je me concentre plus à bien faire les exercices. 💪💪🦵🦵🔥 J'ai énormément aimé ce workout. Merci à vs deux

fait le 28 janvier 2025 avec le plan août 2024, jour 17, la suite Merci Yoann pour ce workout, Ouf, le deuxième round était tof, mais je l'ai fait jusqu'au bout. je n'ai utilisé que des 15 llb tout au long. Trois fois 60 secondes pour 30 secondes de pause entre chaque. Je crois qu'on a fait cela 7 fois si j'ai bien compté. Tu m'as eu et je n'ai pas voulu lâcher. J'ai tout fait en misant sur la respiration. Cela m'aidait, c'était un peu plus lent que toi, mais j'ai persisté pour me prouver que j'étais capable. Merci merci. Cela m'as donné avec les étirement 31 mi 59 se à partir du début du deuxième round 🦵💪🦵💪🔥
