    Adding this one to my favorite flows, because omg this felt sooo good on my low back and hips 😍 Really loved the different poses and variations, especially the one that came after Side Sphinx (which I'm calling Lazy Grasshopper 😂). Thank you a 1000x for this one 🌺

    I love how you always bring something different to keep it fresh. I wish you could do some longer classes occasionally.

    The pose on the mark 15:00 made my vertebrae not pop, but cried out. Then it was i confirm that i chose the right class for today. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

    This was one of my all time favorite practices I have ever done! I normally don't love twists but I absolutely LOVED this practice and will be adding it to regular weekly routine. Thank you so much for making this practice so enjoyable and feel SO good!!

    I loved this practice! I feel like I twisted and wrung out the mental and physical uglies! 😀 I enjoyed what you said about the movement that felt good but you didn't know what to call it.
