@@MovewithShaunneka I had the same problem and couldn't even do it single leg. Learning from @YogiBethC's suggestion of reclined fish, would Matsyasana Baddha Konasana Pada be ok here? Reclining Baddha Konasana is accessible to me and helps with the tightness from bodybuilding.
Loved this practice! For most of it I used my acupressure mat, which I can highly recommend. Because of my low back issues I couldn't do hero at the end and substituted with supported bridge. Definitely enjoyed this very relaxing and therapeutic sequence! Well put together. Thank you much!🙏👌✨

(the extra block came in handy. Good suggestion!!) and FYI, the first time the audio went out, I opened my eyes because I thought I had fallen asleep or that my wifi was buffering. Thank you! you can try doing one leg at a time and sitting up right for a few breaths.
