I got very bad news this weekend and I've been having trouble sleeping and relaxing at all, this was very helpful, thank you so much as always. Plus I loooved the sound of the wind, like saying "let it gooo"...

Thanks I enjoy your practices - although my body can't do the reclined hero shape, even with the blocks.

Thank you! you can try doing one leg at a time and sitting up right for a few breaths.

@@MovewithShaunneka Yes I've done 1 leg at a time before; this time I did reclined fish instead.

@@MovewithShaunneka I had the same problem and couldn't even do it single leg. Learning from @YogiBethC's suggestion of reclined fish, would Matsyasana Baddha Konasana Pada be ok here? Reclining Baddha Konasana is accessible to me and helps with the tightness from bodybuilding.

Loved this practice! For most of it I used my acupressure mat, which I can highly recommend. Because of my low back issues I couldn't do hero at the end and substituted with supported bridge. Definitely enjoyed this very relaxing and therapeutic sequence! Well put together. Thank you much!🙏👌✨

The heart openers were intense, but slowly I'm sure I can get there. ; )

love the practice, the in and out audio is odd, but I get it. I think tho I'd rather hear your background noise than the tinnitus in my ear. LOL

Lol! When I filmed this there was random construction going on 🤷🏽‍♀️ so It was that or having constant beeping lol. I'm glad you enjoyed it otherwise. 🤎🙏🏽

What a sweet surprise!!! I’m having a lazy, blah, mid winter kind of Sunday. When I saw you had a new video, it brightened my day! I thank you and my hips especially thank you! (the extra block came in handy. Good suggestion!!) and FYI, the first time the audio went out, I opened my eyes because I thought I had fallen asleep or that my wifi was buffering. Then I realized you had noise issues... I thought you had filmed in a wind storm and thought “now that’s dedication!” 😃🧘🏻‍♀️💕Thank you, Shaunneka for another wonderful practice!
