Wow... that was super stretchy. I didn't think I could get into the final position, but I did using 3 blocks. It felt good physically, but mentally too, to allow myself to trust & relax. Thank you for encouraging me to challenge myself & let go! Your day sounds wonderful. I hope it was everything you wanted it to be & more 😊

I flew back into my hometown of Melbourne late last week so I've been keeping up with my weights and yoga routine (a lot earlier than I normally do because of the jet lag!) along with catching up with family and eating some delicious food and good coffee of course with Melbourne being renowned for having the best coffee in the world (well we think so ;)
This was super relaxing! Thank you so much for this wonderful practice 🙏💖 I just got back from vacay (yesterday) and did some household + work stuff, repotted my banana plant and had some me-time with Pilates & Yoga. 😌 btw: Wish I could taste them cookies 😍

I couldn't get deep into the hip opener/quad stretch so i attempted to modify. That was a challenging one for me. I am now off to start my work day. Thanks for a relaxing and challenging flow
That reclined pose -- phew! this was just what I needed today, even if it pushed me a little more than I would have pushed myself. (also, did you ever share that cookie recipe? it sounds divine! 👀)

When I saw the word cozy I did not expect to be in so much pain 😂. The last pose I didn’t even fully attempt or feel capable of. I guess I am super tight and maybe I needed a warm up before this practice 😅
