- I am testing out a weighted vest to give you my honest opinion of how it feels, and if it is something you might want to add to your bone-building exercise routine.
I bought this Empower 8 lb. weighted vest from Amazon and thought I would try it for my morning hike. I chose a vest that was reasonably priced, and picked the lowest weight available. You cannot add or remove weight from this vest.

I recently bought a 6 lb vest that clasps in front - it does come in lighter weights and cost about $39. It’s very comfortable to walk in
