    "Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob."

    I want to live to a healthy 120 years older. Osteoporosis is my biggest challenge. You have made my day! I’m a whole food plant based organic mostly raw passionate vegan. It has healed my body. This video is so important. Love you guys!!!

    Such an important video here, Boys. So many active-agers suffering from osteoporosis don't know how to modify exercise to make them suitable for their "fragile skeleton". I teach all of these in my Pilates for Active Aging lessons. I'll have to look up Sara. She sounds like a LEGEND!

    Thank you guys. I do have osteoporosis, moderate to severe arthritis, DDD and moderate to severe spinal stenosis C-2 to L-5. You both are very helpful.

    I love your channel.. Are kettlebell exercises good for someone who had cervical spine herniated disc 6-7 or should I just stick with looped bands only? Thank you

    Hi bob and Brad. Need to ask a question want can you do for the sciatic nerve . It's on my right side on the lower back down the right legs. But it is hurting below the but. This happen to me in December last year. . Had to go to the emergency room. So nothing is helping right now. Heat.medicine.

    Should I be focusing on specific areas on different days for osteoporosis exercises. I was very active at the gym and lost a lot of weight at the gym in 2011,2012 kept it off. I did gain about 40 pounds during Covid and no gym/swim due to closure.
    Sarah Meeks is awesome!!

    btw... pickle juice will stop a cramp anywhere you've got one. You can use 2 tbslp pickle juice and add same amount of water if you want to cut the taste to drink it. It works right away. I drink it to prevent them at night before bed. It also helps stop acid reflux. I have chemo induced neuropathy, and I get cramps at random in my legs, ribs, and up my neck. Another thing that works is tonic water. I stopped using the tonic water because it's the quinine in it that makes it work and I decided I didn't want to drink that much quinine. You can also eat pickles on a regular basis or any other fermented food. I love pickled beets. I make them myself with canned sliced beets including the liquid, I put 2 cans in a container, and add apple cider vinegar. It does the trick too. I drink the juice from the beets as well. Hope that helps you too!

    Typical pilates exercises on the foam roll rather than lift your leg slide one leg along the bench easier to keep stable. I look at a lot of Sara Meeks stuff it's great . People with osteoporosis must keep trying to strengthen . Also balance standing work crucial to help prevent falling. Matt the pilates teacher.
