It's not a joke or a lie. I've actually been doing this exercise for 15 consecutive days. My biceps went from 30cm to 26cm, actually losing 4cm in 2 weeks. My goal is around 21~cm I will keep trying😭

Doing this workout for two weeks. We'll see how I feel, so I'll keep track. I started at 27 cm. Day 1 - ✅ Did it! Could get through all of the workouts without any extra breaks. Day 2 - ✅ Completed it! Felt some sore from yesterday but still not taking any extra breaks. My upper arms are very sore but I'm pushing through! Day 3 - ✅ My third time doing this exercise, luckily it's not painful at all and I'm having fun XD Day 4 - ✅ Did it! My arms felt burning, kinda struggled on a few of the exercises because my arms are still a bit sore! But that's okay! I completed all of the exercises! Day 5 - ✅ Finished the whole exercise until the end, and it's another lucky day! I didn't struggle at all today :)) Day 6 - ✅ Did it! I had some late-night snacks yesterday tho, will it cancel the exercise result? T^T Day 7 - ✅ I almost forgot to update but I did do it! The arm flapping is still killing my arms so those for sure are my weakest points but I'm getting better at them Day 8 - ❌ Yesterday I got home really late and went straight to sleep :') Day 9 - ✅ Did it today! Also measured my arms to see if there's any progress but there are still none haha. Maybe because I skipped a day and the late-night snacks I had? Day 10 - ✅ It's getting pretty hard to do this, my upper arms felt so heavy. Does it mean i'm gaining muscle? Or do i gain weight? Hahaha idk anymore, but i can't wait to see the result! Day 11 - ❌ I wasn't feeling well :( Day 12 - ✅ Did it today. I think my inconsistency makes my progress really slow. But anyway, I'll keep working hard! Day 13 - ✅ Completed it! OK, so I figured twice a week to allow for recovery and other activities... There is better definition around my upper arm, and I've noticed tightening under my arm (you know, where the 'armpit roll' can squeeze by the bra cup).

These exercises are effective and non-damaging for most. I like that they are mostly controlled motions and not flailing arms and legs etc.
