During college days, I used to participate in sports, used to walk daily 5 to 10 km every day, was doing daily exercise. Now also I will 30 minutes daily morning, evening doing yoga, practice martial arts, doing wt. dumbells etc. exercise, very slim, fit, in good health. Thank you very much for nice tips.
