3 lesson I've learnt from this video

being silent is useless if you still feel anger inside and you've now supressed it for now, which will later take form of other mean comments or taunts or other reactions. So NO being silent doesn't help, see what's causing the anger! Is it your ego? If someone called you 'stupid' why does that make you angry? Because internally for some reason your mind believes you are stupid. Because if you were called an 'elephant' that wouldn't make you angry. So it is never the other person that hurts you, it is something inside you that agrees with the insult or what the other person has said.

Lesson that i ve learn from sandeep maheshwari
1. If you want respect first do same to others .so simple, how you treat others they will do same to you.
2. If someone disrespecting you. Take stand for it. If its come from family i would say ignoring it some point is kind of good.but if its come from outside cut off options is always bad.learn to cutoff each and everyone.
3. Don't seek validation, validation simple means asking others what is right or wrong,its completely complicated because you depends on others . Whether it is right or wrong you depend on others, do what you concerned about it and do what matter to you.not others.
If you know something is right for you, so why don't you take actions towards it . And if something is bad for you ,don't do it .its simple whats matter to you.

So many yours videos i saw but this one made me cry, i just wanted to let you know this video each married husband should listen because my husband also took 25 lacs dowry and one car during marriage but my in law taunts me always like we hadn't sell our son your dad gave so much so what we should have done.
My husband never disclose with his friends or family like my dad has given car for his daughter and when i raised my voice against domestic violence my husband said, you never deserve a fair , handsome boy that's why your parents offered dowry we didn't ask for it.
