    My abs are on fire!!...I have been doing Mira Pham's zumba for 2 weeks and I have lost one inch from each arm, one inch from lower belly, one inch from each thighs and one inch from butt.

      @@Omgfeinn111 I have stopped working out for a temporary period due to personal reasons but these workouts really work...and if you control your diet little bit...the results will be awesome and fast...

      @@Omgfeinn111 no worries😄....I can't follow a diet...too difficult for me...just try to follow intermittent fasting and that will be enough...without diet or intermittent fasting...the results might be seen but it will be slower...and it's not about weight loss...I started working out to lose weight...but with time...I loved how Zumba made me feel...you will love doing it so much that you will forget to check your weight...

    Ive been doing this workouts of yours for 6 monthss now, ive been feeling lighter and energetic, ive lost alot of weight already, although its too slow for me coz im really a food lover, but still it helps alot in my weight loss, without being prohibited in my favorite foods, doing this with core strengthening exercises too. It reallyy feels great, and the routines were easy, since im not a dancer😍

    Just did it !!!! I'm an obese person and it's complicated for me to find fitness videos on youtube that don't require a lot of space, equipment and without having to jump or do floor exercises.
    It feels so good to be able to do all the exercises with a lot of fun

      I definitely agree with you. I am the same like you, I don’t and I can’t do any exercises with jumping. I like this channel with good background music but I have to reduced the speed in order to keep up with them. And I can never finished the whole exercise, only did 20-25 minutes each time. But I enjoy it very much with lots of sweats. Hope I can loose some pounds soon.🙂

      @@suzaineebol6591 Yep! If you do a new workout, it is totally normal for your body to hurt and it can help you acknowledge a good workout! Make sure you always stretch for 10 minutes before and after though!

      A mi también me encantan sus rutinas, me estoy haciendo adicta a sus rutinas, me siento muy bien, mi físico a mejorado bastante, en 4 meses he bajado 4 kilos, no llevo una dieta rigurosa, solo evito las harinas y el azúcar. Me siento genial. Gracias por el cambio en vida 🙏

    omg where have you been all this time i keep on searching for this kind of exercise not complicated its like i'm just dancing..in just 10minutes i started so much sweat and i finished this 54min, this will be my everyday routine now and will start viewing your other vids too...

      Usually to get rid of belly fat..along with aerobics,..core strengthening exercises are needed. And very important. Proper diet.

      @@sowndharyass8278 For the 1st 2 weeks, I took time off lifting and focused on 40-50mins videos from Eva Fitness. After that, I only do it 3x a week and the other days I lift weights as I'm trying to grow my glutes. So far it's very effective for me. Oh, and about food I'm not really a fan of dieting but I make sure to eat moderately. If I want to eat rice, I'll only have little portions and more on meat or veggies, and of course fruits are always my best friend 😊😊😊

    With Eva I KNOW that I'm going to lose the weight I need to I HAVE BEEN DOING ZUMBA FOR 1 MONTH many results but not serious like everyday I'm starting day 1 today sept 22 2021 every day 30-1 hour nothing less and yoga or warm up stretch for 20 min wish me luck i weigh 214 and want to weigh 146 start there hopefully go down over the next year reach 110lb

    Day 1: did it!✅ sweating a lot! Maybe will do this 3 times a week with break or more but I'll see.

    I used to do a 600 calorie burn workout for an hour every day and I only burned about 250. With this workout I burned about 500!
