  • A half an hour tutorial on basic exercises and principles. This is the first class in the beginner's series of five. You will learn how to connect the arms and legs to your center and how to flex, extend and rotate your spine correctly.
    Susanna Foustok has been teaching Pilates over a decade. She initially studied the method in Oxford with Stott Pilates, where she completed their Full Advanced level certification.
    After years of teaching the contemporary Stott Pilates, she ventured into the classical work and got hooked. In her quest to deepen the knowledge of the original work, she travels extensively to learn from the original students of Joseph Pilates and the world’s leading classical teachers. She is currently doing the Work under Jay Grimes, 1st generation teacher.
