  • BEGINNER CLASSICAL PILATES: In this video, I take you through the beginner mat sequence from Joseph Pilates traditional matwork series. These foundation exercises are key to know for your Pilates journey. Modifications and variations are given throughout.

    If I’m going to do it everyday, after how long should I increase the difficulty?

      I wouldn’t recommend doing it every day 2x a week at the beginning is great! Progress through the options when you feel ready but it will take time. Be patient, stay consistent and you’ll see the results 🙏
