This is the best version of the classical 34 mat exercises that I have seen online. She does an excellent job of demonstrating each one.

Best pilates class I have found. Not to fast, not to slow, no excessive talking, no weird moves added, clear instruction.

I have been doing this workout hi I have been doing this workout since I broke my foot about 6 weeks ago.. I am a professional dancer singer I Am the redhead in the picture. It's been a little tough to stay active. But I try every single day. Prior to that I had been doing it when I had knee surgery.. I love it and I love your pace. Would you consider doing the entire Joseph Pilates 34 but add the entire side leg series with all of the exercises added in question that would be terrific. Thank you thank you

Is it necessary to add a stretch after each movement?

I enjoyed seeing the flow in the original style by Joseph Pilates. So many so-called Pilates videos these days are anything but, so appreciate you doing it in its proper sequence. However I have a couple of constructive comments. Audio quality is not great-very echoey and faint. Has someone new to the original flow sequence, I found you moved quite fast and as soon as I would see what you're doing for one exercise you were on to the next. I thought it was meant to be slow and controlled. You also didn't make any mention of the pelvic floor connection or how to maintain it. I found the mirror behind and your dark leggings made it really difficult to see what you were doing with your legs. Maybe a white background or different colour leggings would make it easier to see. The mirror was quite distracting. Just some suggestions! Thank you for the video.
