whenever i do glute bridges i can barely feel them working my glutes unless i squeeze them really hard, i mostly felt these in my legs! is that how it's supposed to feel or is my form just off? i feel like i can't lift myself up enough either 😩 still loved the workout though ❤
I have been doing your workouts for about 18 months. Started the Kardashian and seven day butt lift seven months ago. I try to workout 5-7 days a week. I do see rounder glutes but the very inner part of my glutes are still saggy… I’m sure my age (65) is part of the problem, what do you recommend for the very inner glute sag?
When you say “repeat 2-3 times “ do you mean in a day repeat it 2-3 times or do you mean like if I start day 1 Monday then next Monday do it again? Sorry if this sounds confusing 😂

im amazed at how effective these are. Usually I don't feel that much of a burn even from longer pilates workouts. But these sequences are perfection
