- Ok because I have been getting soooo many requests i have caved and am giving you another butt and thigh toning class this week. This time we are doing my favourite 4 point kneeling but and thigh exercises to strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles.

@@BaileyBrownhow to lose upper side butt fat with pilates? Fat is somwhere where gluteus medius is, and over the hip on the side. It's not butt fat and it's not waist fat like love handles. Thank you. : )

Those workouts no longer align with what I believe in representing on my channel. They are also filmed on iphone and very bad quality so I am not comfortable having them online. I'll film some new workouts with similar exercises soon :)
