I have made several playlists of different muscle groups to work on containing all of your five minutes workouts. I have really bad adhd and it’s hard for me to watch a 10 to 30 minute work out video because I lose concentration, and eventually after trying to lose weight I wasn’t able to because I lost motivation. Your five minute videos changed that! 🫶🏼I have been working out constantly for the past week and half, I have never lasted that long… 🎉🎉 so that’s a good sign I’ll last till the end of my weight loss journey! With your five minute videos, I feel the burn unlike other 30 minute workout videos😆, not only that, but by the end of the video, I’m ready to move on to a different five minute video of yours! I love this workout because it's efective and short. I can feel my abs burning and it's very pleasing. WOW! This lower abs workout was incredible! I could feel the burn right away. I know I will definitely be sore from it tomorrow. One thing I do have to add, is that the first couple of exercises, my left thigh, like close to the groin area & hip, kept popping each time I'd extend and bend. It didn't hurt, but I could feel things moving around. My right side was perfectly fine though. I'm not sure if my form changes when I do the opposite side, or if I need to stretch more before hand. Any suggestions are welcome. Also, I've began pairing about 4 zumba dances before I do 1-3 5 minute workouts, as I heard Bailey recommend cardio before toning. It makes the 5 minutes more intense, which I feel will be far more beneficial. Thank you so much for these short, effective workouts! They are my favorite! P.S. The part where you had us put our knees together and then tap the floor and come back up, felt astonishing! I cannot recall ever feeling those muscles like that. Great job Bailey!💕😍🥰

ive always done the same ab workout for years, and ive got a nice small waist and my upper abs are toned, but theres really nothing going on with my lower abs. im going to try this workout for a couple months, and see what happens. i already did it once and i loved it, really felt the lower abs, it just wasnt intense so i think i might not get big results right away, but we'll see. im excited!
I found this one really hard on my hips. My hips kept clicking and I was pulling on my hip flexors even though I was trying to use my abs as much as possible
