Sherlock Holmes i usually do about 30-40 minutes a day, combined with a hiit workout as well. i would combine her slim thighs workout, butt lifting workout, and some of the lose belly fat workouts
i've been working out almost two years now, added weights and a resistance band to this and everytime i do this workout i feel so refreshed but it's one of the toughest i've ever done!!

Also, like you said, you can’t grow a BIG butt without lifting but I have to say that my butt definitely got bigger by doing challenging home workouts, because toning the flat muscle will give you a rounder fuller mass = bigger butt. I completely solved my flat butt problem
