    This burns SOO GOODDD!! Coming from chloe tings videos, it felt like every single day it was a struggle for me to complete her workouts and on top of that I wasn’t even really feeling the burn in any of muscles. With this it’s hard but it doesn’t feel so hard to where I’m discouraged !! AND IT BURNS MIRE THAN ANY OTHER VIDEO IVE EVER DONE!

      omg i literally just did chloe's small waist/round butt workout and thought 'my muscles aren't burning/feel sore' so looked up another workout, found this and my muscles are buuuurning now, i can tell this worked better

    never thought I'd say this but - I'm actually starting to enjoy working out! thank you so much, your workouts are just enough for me to feel like im working my ass off but not so difficult to the point where I beat myself down for not being able to do them. I push myself harder every time and increase the times I do your workouts as I go. By far the best fitness youtuber I've come across, SO underrated!

      Ikr! Other people I get no results from but I literally got a thigh gap from this video in 1 DAY! This is the best glute workout I’ve found.

    This really works! When i tell you my butt grew from nowhere in A WEEK! I'd really small butt and tried soo many workouts this is the most affective! Ur a lifesaver

    I used to do Pamela's Reif workouts but now I don't have that much time because of school. Your workouts are short but so fun and I didn't notice anything bad with my body and I enjoy doing what I am doing.

    I have done soooo many exercise videos, I work out every single day of my life and coming from someone who is very fit ... THIS one has given me so much more of a burn than many other video. It definitely works!!

    I love adding a 10 or 15 lb dumbbell to these workouts during the double leg bridges. It really makes the workout harder!

    There’s no way I’d be able to do these with enjoyment if she didn’t have such a therapeutic and calming voice. Most fitness videos are either too in your face or would rather sell their workouts 🥴

    Ok, so i officially lost more than 100lbs, entered wonderland (198lbs but still )last week and i'm trying to gain muscle now. Fell upon your videos while preparing my gym program, i'm gonna give it a go and give you guys updates ! will try to take before -after picture and see what one month of your daily routines is gonna improve my body... Wish me luck !!!
    UPDATE DAY 1 : ok so i have done 3 out of the 5 work out i originally wanted to do (inner thigh- butt lift - slim waist ) i couldn't complete them all, my body was BURNING, but i did my best and felt amazing at the end ! love your energy ( might have cursed you during the inner thigh but it's all love), hope i will be able to complete them tomorrow !

    Better than Chloe ting workout as it seems easy but it gives wao burn...most importantly u have to do lessss workout with wao result.

      There’s no such thing as spot reducing hun. You lose fat in general and some areas trim up faster than others (genetics). Only way to reduce fat is by creating a caloric deficit through eat less or working out more.
      The only way this workout is “blasting fat” is by creating a caloric deficit through exercise. The only way you can reduce the look of cellulite is to lose fat or gain more muscle.
      Also, FYI toning is just a fancy word for gaining muscle! Challenge yourself by adding some weights or resistance!

      @@sophiaupshaw2499 i disagree , you can target belly fat by cutting out bpa, high fructose corn syrup, bananas (not baby), wheat, pretty much all dairy and meats, maltodextrin, caramel color, saccharin, citric acid, calcium carbonate, etc. yes you are right to some extent a workout isn’t going to target the one area, but it kind of does because it increases blood flow to that one area and squeezes the fat cells, the results probably won’t be noticeable though.

      @@sophiaupshaw2499 and calories have nothing to do with weight loss, because a calorie is not a calorie. weight loss has everything to do with hormones, that’s why some people can stay skinny and eat a ton, but some people gain weight really easily. all the foods i listed before mess up your hormones and cause inflammation and mucus. stay away from inflammatory and mucus causing foods because that’s where disease lives in the body. but what i mean by a calorie isn’t a calorie is, who do you think would be feeling better and looking better if one person eats 2200 cals of processed inflammatory and mucus causing foods, while the other person eats 2200 cals of alkaline vegan foods?

    doing this to lift and tone my underbutt:
    day 1: done! omg that targeted specifically my underbutt which i was so happy abt bc i feel like no other workouts really focus on the back/butt
    day 2: doneee this is so painful haha
    day 3: had to skip today:( was super tired and just burnt out
    day 4: back again today! my booty is looking more lifted honestly which i was not expecting to happen in 3 days of doing this workout! and my underbutt is a lot smoother and tighter

    I love your short workouts. It offers alot of freedom to choose a few of them, but each can stand alone. So I can do a longer workout with be a few different workouts or repeat one video to build up my strength or just do one. With your short workouts there is really no excuse to not do some exercise everyday ! Thanks Bailey. I am happy that I found your channel.

    doing this workout for two weeks! start 5/28/24
    day 1: I felt the burn, but i felt good after!

    Did it for the first time today, the burn is real. Looking forward to do it every day. Great to get this much burn in 5 minutes. Also couldn't thought I would complete it, but I did it so feeling great ❤

    I do this exercise a lot, but I still cry when you tell us to lift our leg up on the second exercise 😭😭😭

    Okay iv never felt a burn in my butt more than today. This is going to be my new go to. It’s fast and effective and it feels like 10 minutes when your doing it just because it burns but it feels so right. 🎉 thank you! :) definitely doing this routine from now on

    Day 2: ALREADY SEE CHANGES AHHHH ❤️
    Day: 4: Almost forgot to update aghh! This is working so well, i see so much changeee!!!!
    Day 5: KILLING IT my cellulite has reduced!
    Day7: I am so proud
    I’m gonna stop updating but my reccomendations is to avoid much salt, greased, processed, junk food! After 2 weeks of doing this trust me your cellulite will not be as visible as before! Now you can repeat this or move onto more intense butt workouts!

    Ok, that’s it...I am so tired of seeing my flat, saggy, cellulite grandma butt! I am going to do this and see what happens! Now mind you, I am also changing my diet(less meat and more veggies and fruits with lots of protein- must do my macros). I also 10 pounds from my goal weight but want to build muscle. I am almost 50 and in perimenopause😬 so I need to get my butt in gear: Literally;)❤️

    Just did 8 min workout with Lilly Sabri and felt nothing. Switched to this one and voila- 5 min later my booty is burning 🔥 so good 😊
