- The SF90 Stradale is Ferrari’s new halo car...and it’s a hybrid. With a twin turbo V8 and THREE electric motors, Ferrari has gone back on what they once said and finally engineered a supercar with some plug in electric juice. In today’s B2B we are gonna look at what’s going on with the rearing-buff-horse’s hybrid system, as well as the F1 technology in it’s twin turbo V8. Then we’ll dive into why it took Ferrari so long to get with the times. Are all electric power plants the future of Ferrari? Is this Ferrari more Prius than Ferrari? Do you like Ferraris? When they make simple errors like this it makes me feel like their research and information gathering loses credibility. Any F1 fan would know it hasn’t been 15 years, and any one who can use google can easily see F1 championships over the last 15 years
Idk why but these guys always try to badmouth Ferrari, yeah they haven't won the title in 12 years but they have never finished a season outside the top 5 in a long time unlike a few other histrionic F1 teams.

This is really cool. One thing to know is that the electric motors don’t really run backwards for regenerative braking, but by letting the wheels drive the motor it causes the magnets’ fields in the motor to move through the coils, generating electricity. I’m not an engineer, but that’s my understanding from watching a lot of TH-cam.
I love how hybrid cars are either a tiny little slow car made to be efficient or they’re super cars. No in between.

I remember when Ferarris used to be *beautiful* such as the the 250 GTO, Daytona and the 575M ( which was incidentally a N/A V12, 6 speed manual, rear wheel drive drivers' machine). Progress must obviously happen, but for me... the modern classics are wayyyy more attractive.
P.S Jeremiah and his jawline are dope.
To be honest, the F430, 458, 488, and the speciale versions are really nice. But the SF90, is just really ugly, not so much its front but its back which is because they are trying for once not to use circle taillights
The Speciale, the tdf, the LaFerrari and so on in maybe 20-25 years if not before that will produce the same thought you have now, one day we all look back and see these cars as classics from a more connected time between man and machine. It's always the same story

@@purplex360 For GEMERA the most of the power 1100HP come from the electric motors. and 600HP come from turbo inline 3 engine.

@@joshclint2259 lol @ calling the 360 and 430 modern😂😂. I get the point, but compared to a 3cyl turbo developed in 2020, it cannot be compared to N/a V8s designed in the late 90's and early 2000's. Ferrari has always been one of, if not the best in the biz in N/a powerplants. I mean, the 360's 3.6 litre V8 made 425hp in 1999!! Not to mention the 458's V8 still holds the record for highest specific output of any naturally aspirated engine, ever. Also, their current V12's make over 800 N/a horsepower. No one else has matched that yet, at least until the Aston Valkyrie comes out

Sadly this is passed to the consumer, as most goods are delivered by trucks,and is all based on unproven climate change theories, as is car tax in the UK which is now called emissions tax,regulations and taxation aren't the same thing.
Im glad you guys don't all try to have the same style. You each do such a good job of being similar because you're hosting similar shows, but keeping your own personalities. Out of the F1 based cars that are coming from the big 3 in f1 like mercedes project one, aston martin/redbull valkyrie, and ferrari sf90, the ferrari is kind of the weakest one.

It's a sad day. Ferrari said that eventually they will drop all the way to a boosted 4 cylinder and then go full electric. We may never see another Ferrari V12 again after the 812 is gone.

I think i have a correction on the regenerative braking, the motor didn't go backward, the still move forward if you brake, it's just the current flow that usually move from battery to motor to power the motor.... the current is the one that move from motor to charge the battery
