    Gaining weight has been so scary for me bc I’m really petite but when I start gaining it’s all In my stomach initially even when eating super clean & i get scared it won’t distribute so it’s discouraging ); is it normal for it to go to your stomach first???

      if you workout out the areas you want to gain weight the fat will distribute into muscle around your body, keeping your diet healthy with lots of protein and carbs is also important!!

      @@yadiraibarra9272 if you dont want to gain weight on stomach area, you should do abs workout/toned stomach workout, and i recommend you to do muscle growth workout like arms, legs, booty workout also dont forget to drink gain weight smoothies

    So happy I found your Chanel. I struggle to gain weight as I lose it so fast. 4 months ago I had a BBL. Spent $14,000. I was asked to gain 40 pounds which I ate garbage to get there. My results was amazing,but I lost it all with my daily lifestyle in 4 month. My doctor said since they took the fat out of others places to put in the butt, as long as I regain healthy fats I might be able to look like what I had again. I refuse to go through another bbl as it was a nightmare. So I'm on a weight gain journey and you are my motivation. Your results are amazing from your hard work. Please continue to make more videos!

    Is it save to take Protein powder ? ? Does it has any side effects,,,....
    It doesn't harm liver

      it is safe, however if you have a sensitive stomach, it’s better to get vegan protein powder because having normal protein powder can upset your stomach. i take normal protein powder and i haven’t seen any side effects. i use the serious mass chocolate protein powder. it has a lot of calories, and protein.

      i was just using dumbbells from ross / tj maxx at first (they’re cheapest there) but during the lockdown i invested in the squat rack since the dumbbells became too light and gyms were closed!

      @@dinishamorris7152 any plant milk will do! i just prefer planet oat because it’s the creamiest one in my opinion :) you can use cows milk too if you’re not lactose intolerant or vegan

      honestly they might get a bit bigger but not a dramatic difference. i gained weight and my boobs didn’t change that much. the band size obviously changed and the cup size did go up 1. but VISUALLY it wasn’t that different
