I hope we can learn more from each other. Thank you so much for sharing your budget friendly tips.
I’m in Brisbane and I shop at Aldi maybe twice a week. Their meat and veggies are quite good and affordable. But I also get a lot of other stuff like cream cheese, pecans, bacon, coconut yogurt, organic butter, and of course your top 5 as well. I always shop there first before going to Coles or Woolies. Love your videos guys😊
Hi Maite. We do similar! We only started eating this way once we were in the UK. What's it like for low carb food availability in Woolies & Coles? 😊 - Shaun
@@PopKetoOfficial Hi Shaun, I find Woolies a bit better than Coles. They are both ok for your main meals. You can probably get most of the things you need. I think more and more people are going low carb now so they have to keep up. I kinda wish they had more snack options available for movie nights and what not, but maybe it’s also a good thing that they don’t.
Agree? Disagree? We'd love to hear your thoughts on if we missed one of your favourites, and what would be in your top 5? 👍

The nearest aldi is a few towns away so I have not been over there shopping but I think I need to go for a ride and check it out.
Hi Alan! Good to hear from you. Aldi is pretty common here. As is Lidl - is Lidl in the U.S.? - Shaun
@@PopKetoOfficial yes, Aldi is all over the US now
